ADP Workforce Now Erfahrungen

It's a great tool for employee and payroll management. I like the reporting feature.

the UI design of WFN is not the best. The menu is not organized in a way that easy to browse. The implementation process is also challenging

I used ADP Workforce Now after I migrated away from ADP Total and I had to bring everything in house. The initial set up was not difficult

I have many. My implementation manager fell out of the process and we were left to figure out implementation, especially during the parallel testing

It makes it easy to check out your pay stub a few days in advance. Helping in case there was any discrepancy in pay, hours or vacation time.

Occasionally there can be issues signing in or random maintenance hours occuring on pay days

It is a great tool to that keeps track of the time and benefits for the company you work for.

If you have ever worked for another company that uses ADP, it is very difficult to correct the system without calling in. Customer service has not been all that great with this issue unfortunately.

Easy to understand and follow. Good support team, very knowledgeable.

Conversion was a little rough but I was helped through it. Change is always a pain.

I think the ATS functionality is very neat and user friendly. I love that you can customize it to fit your recruitment process, uploading templates for communications, status changes, posting questions, etc. I do like that there is an integration with Ziprecruiter as well and the ability to add a referral progam.

I think the access permissions and the ability to create security profiles i think is just not a strong point. There have been several times when trying to assign admin permissions that will just not work as intended or end up creating another problem like the restrictions in the profile caused them to not have access to another function when it should not be related, etc.

I have been using ADP Workforce Now for several years, and it has been a very invaluable tool. What I like most about ADP Workforce is that it is very user friendly, and also offers an array of features that help streamline payroll, benefits, time tracking and employee management. One of hte features that stand out is the self-service portal that allows employees to access paystubs, request time off and update personal information with ease. Overall, ADP Workforce has greatly improved HR operations and I highly recomment this platform.

Some of my least favorite is there is no live chat support, the bot feature is not as helpful as being able to speak to a representative. Also the customer service and technical support are not as favorable as I would like.

The UI is simple and clean. Most menus are organized in a way that seems intuitive, like where to find calendars for PTO or time clock function. It's definitely one of the most popular timesheet and payroll software out there.

For non-salary employees, it used to be hard to find the place where to clock-in and clock-out. This has definitely cleaned up over time and now in a more prominent place.

I remember signing up for benefits through ADP for the next year and the W9 part is confusing. It steps you through with questions rather than filling out the form, then puts in the answers for you. I accidentally claimed too much and didn't get federal taxes taken out and had to add in extra money to make up for it.

The software provides a straightforward and intuitive navigation system, making it effortless for users to move through its features.

Over the past few years, I've become quite familiar with ADP Workforce Now. After spending time learning the ins and outs of the platform, I can honestly say that I haven't encountered any aspects that I dislike. It has proven to be a reliable and efficient tool for managing workforce processes.

The mobile app makes this product extremely efficient and convenient. I mainly use it to check my pay-stubs to quickly verify my hours worked. I enjoy the quick access to the pay information, such as weekly pay as well as the YTD summary.

Sometimes the app would have a hard time with logging in or crashing. I needed to login on a desktop computer to resolve the issue. This would completely erase the convenience of the mobile app, and was a bit frustrating.
