Easy to navigate and communicate with a team. Good customer service.

I am having trouble coming up with an answer to this question. I wish it talked with Quickbooks without needing a third-party app.

The billing, reports y and invoicing.

The project management, I Believe it should be mora automated, like click up.

The implementation of a project & task management tool with time measurement, export automation, budget/invoice support, internal chat, all-in-one. Avaza solves more problems all at once.

Not cons, but opportunities:
- Single subtasks are a bit complex to edit and not so visible in the overview.
- Gant diagram could be more clear and "playable".
- A basic CRM could complete the suite to support small businesses (we all look for a "one-place-solution").
- Time measurements and time planning could play better together and be more visually actionable (now a lot of manual input & digits input are needed)

The ease of use and tying all of our systems from invoicing the tracking time on jobs into one system.

Its only a small thing but not being able to have duplicate contacts / emails against other company details.

Simple to deploy, integrate in my processes and in my day-to-day business management

Still haven't found a real downside. Cloning 100% of the project, tasks and project configuration would be great, but it forces me to think about any potential differences in my projects.

One aspect I might find less appealing about Avaza is its user interface, which can be somewhat overwhelming for new users. The abundance of features and options might make it challenging to navigate and fully utilize all functionalities without a steep learning curve.

We used to clock our time sheet in our organization , alo it help us to keep track of work which we do daily to be updated on the tool, It is helpful in backtracking the work which we did on the past

Recently if i update as 0:30 , it is getting updated 0:50, same for all other timing not sure if there is a glitch or bug in the tool

The task management system is robust and easy to learn, so onboarding new people is simple. And for us, a big benefit was going straight from project to invoice. No more importing or exporting information and doubling up on data entry tasks.

Scheduling recurring tasks is currently a little clumsy. You cannot set a task for "First Monday" of the month, for example. However, I'm told they have improved scheduling for recurring tasks in the works by their customer service.

Applying time sheet anytime, anywhere, using laptop or mobile can be done easily, user friendly, easy to process monthly review and claim process

Limited feature some time unable to pull complete report and performance report of each employee

We are using it in our company it is very helpful for clock timing and timesheets.

I have been a business owner for over 20 years, and we finally found Avaza about 5 years ago. It combines time-tracking with invoicing and project management in a very simple, and easy to understand way. We love it!

There are a few integrations that would be useful.

it is a very good software for business development but it does not have a free access plan.

It's software that I really appreciated and didn't see any drawbacks.

I like that I can drag and drop attachments directly into tasks which makes it easy to collaborate and share information with my team.

Well at first it may take a little time and effort to get used to and find all the features and options available.

Avaza is a complete software of project management and accounting very interesting which allows me to follow the finances, my invoices and my expenses and makes me save a lot of time. Thanks to its simple and intuitive interface I manage to better adapt and familiarize myself with its features.

It is a little more expensive than other software in the same field

There are many things to love about Avaza, but for me the best part is the ability to easily collaborate on projects with team members. With Avaza, we can easily assign tasks, manage projects, and keep everything organized in one place. This makes it easy to stay on top of our work and get things done efficiently.

I didn't love the way Avaza handled notifications. I found myself getting a lot of email notifications that I couldn't easily control.

Avaza makes it easy to collaborate on projects and tasks with clients and teammates. Especially, I appreciate the fact that notifications and messages are sent directly to my email. I like how easy it is to use. Our clients learn it quickly and enjoy working with it, so we can complete projects faster. The free plan is great as you can test out the service before buying and the pricing is also very reasonable.

It is possible to issue invoices in one currency per client. I would like to send invoices to the same client in different currencies.
