With a basic knowledge in database you can create your tables, import your data and start using it. Also, you can conect to your database and have it updated automatic.

Depending on where your data is stored (database) it will be necessary a little help from your IT team to integrate and have access to in into Zoho Reports.

The best thing about Analytics is that it connects very well with several data points and it can report on fields that would otherwise be unavailable.

It is not as user friendly as other reporting tools and not as intuitive.

When I uploaded a massive file with thousands of rows, it took longer than expected to process and display the data. This slowed down my workflow at times.

No way to automate data export, the filter, lookup values and the table columns are very rigid and show the wrong values.

Ease of use, integration with multiple Softwares, Data sharing options

Graphs are not sharp - like Power BI, some graph templates are missing (Waterfall),

I like the ease of manipulating the data, inbuilt formulas and creating advance reports intuitively.

The synch some times gives me some trouble, if it is little bit improved like getting the real time update would make it more effective

I like the way it analyses data with so much ease. The visualization is also perfect.

when the DB serice breaks from snapshot restores, but cant say if it a anaytlics issue or windows

It offers a very user-friendly interface that makes it easier to navigate and explore the data, It also offers customisable dashboards that can be tailored to meet specific business needs, and it also gets integrated with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM or Zoho projects.

Integrating with third-party tools can be challenging and may require technical expertise, it is also not suitable for larger organisations as it has limitations on the amount of data that can be stored and processed. Also, it offers limited customisable options as compared to other BI tools.

Easy to use, customise and automate multiple processes for oversight of business and social media performance. Easy to connect social media and accounting software.

No real issues with this software so far, have to do some reading up on more complicated connections and advanced features but still getting to know the software.

The Zia Insight feature is Amazing, I can easily generate Insights on my data with the aid of AI, just type questions in the text box and get answers easy!

Training will be necessary for the new user to adapt to the Zoho analytics platform. A few difficulties in the initial deployment process, which can be overwhelming.

Some advanced features that are available in other competitors' products

Vast data integration capability. Zoho connects with every major source of data in my company. It connects with the most important business applications that we use in the workplace, integrates with our selected database of choice, and makes data upload as straight-forward as it can be by supporting file formats including xml, . csv , JSON, html and so on.

Limited capability of Zoho's mobile application and the tendency for delayed notifications on the mobile app. are obvious weaknesses that I can identify from my Zoho analytics experience.
