We have loved the approval process and also the customization of the product. We use the product for more than just Purchases. We also use the product for reimbursements, credit card approvals, Check requests and petty cash requests. It has been great at holding people accountable with making purchases and getting the proper approvals before making purchases. It also has helped out tremendously with communication between departments when it comes to purchasing.

I have no complaints we love Bellwether!

User Friendly easy to navigate. Easy to understand how to follow and track your purchases.

Auto population of email address upon send & save

Sends reminders when PO's need approval.

Filtering functionality is not as robust as it could be.

-Simple receiving platform with drag and drop attachment capability
-browser and mobile browser friendly interfaces
- full approval matrix rules so the right people are approving the right spend.

- When receiving, the rate of the purchase invoice /packing slip received is not presented on the receiving lines for confirmation before receiving

- post invoicing and received credits cannot be applied to an existing PO since it locks as completed.

We needed software that could serve as the bridge between our rental software and our purchasing department. Not only do we purchase a lot of assets for rental but our warehouse inventory needed a more convenient way to be processed. BPM serves us in both capacities.

There is a little bit of a learning curve when using "filters" to hone in on finding items (this is a newer way of doing it that people with less technical prowess has probably never seen before).

This software is very user friendly and simple to learn and use. My favorite thing about the program is the customer service that you get along with the product. They are always helpful and quick to answer any time I have a questions. They are improving all the time, which is actually a great thing because we've been able to make suggestions and express issues while having it fixed in a timely manner.

I feel that this is a growing software, so we've encountered some issues, but it's always very minimal. It can sometimes be picky on how you enter information, but it's nothing terrible.

We really enjoy using Bellwether BPM to track our teams purchases and expenses. BW makes it easy to see how much budget we have left in each category and shows where we need to focus on in the upcoming budget.

Honestly for what we use Bellwether BPM for, we have not found a downside yet.

Easy to place and manage orders. Easy to train new employees. Purchasing features were customized well for our use.

I wish the requisition feature were more flexible to meet our needs.

Easy to use. Levels of users. All the invoice information in one entry.

Numerous steps in some of the set ups. Can be complicated to add new items.

The digital aspect is used across the organization.

Not everyone within the department can see their own department.

We are primarily using the software for purchasing and it has been running smoothly. We have only been using the program for 4 months but we are already building our vendor list and purchasing data that will help us forecast for better purchasing.

So far everything has worked. We still need to work on creating reports that will help us but we are confident we will be able to create the reports we need.

It saves the catalog which makes it easy when sending in equipment for calibration because the serial numbers are saved in the item description

There is nothing about this software that I do not like

As a member of an organization with where my main use comes in the form of reviewing orders and looking up archived information, I can tell you I really appreciate the ease in which I can access the files I need.

No cons. The software meets all my needs

The product is easy to use and there are videos and a good help desk to review any areas for how to use, customize, etc.

It would be helpful to have a "duplicate and edit" feature for item set up.

Very easy and simple to use. Status updates after submitting requisitions.

There was nothing I did not like about this software.

works great for purchasing controls. Great Support staff that are willing to find a way to make a good fit. This is a great tool to help managers realize their budgets.

Time realization when you are going from no system to utilizing a system...education and ongoing addition time required to make it work.

Computer adverse staff will resist.

Bellwether is much easier to navigate than our old system. I used to spend hours on ordering every week and now I find myself only spending minutes out of every day.

I would like to see a custom notification feature added so I can control alerts about what items need to be approved.

Easy transition from our old software, easy to add new vendors and items. Receiving orders is easy and uploading packing slips is very quick.

I can't see requisitions by other users which sometimes makes it hard to see if something I need to order has already been requested by someone else.

Our biology lab is always stocked now that we use Bellwether. My team can bring any requests to me and I'll have the order placed right away.

I would like to be able to request something as high priority so my boss knows to approve it right away.

The program has been very dependable and has many option to suit our business. This is easy for users to learn.

My only issue is I have had to get the IT department to do upgrades. New ePMX will take care of that.

As a person who does not use this software every day (I am a secondary user who uses it to occasionally place orders for office supplies and uniforms), I can honestly say that it is very user-friendly.

There isn't anything that I do not like about this software.
