What I like most about this software it is super easy to build a database with drag and drop. Also, if you need something more advance there is a custom development team that is affordable

I think the look of the user interface needs to be updated. The visual design needs work as it doesn't look visually impressive compared to some tools.

Kintone was flexible enough to be allow us to re-create our somewhat unique business requirements from data collection, to workflow, to linking with other systems such as Formstack, Docusign and Xero, to communicating with contractors and customers. We were able to eliminate as much mundane and time consuming activities as possible to ensure that the only interventions required by staff members is to "add some value".

It is a little clunky around external organisations and users which we need to duplicate and link as organisations/contacts with departments/users

It is better than what we had but that is not saying much. I am hoping that future enhancements will make it better.

Every time I click on an app etc. it keeps opening a new tab.

The most impressive aspect of Kintone was its ability to recover and backup data quickly and easily. No matter how large the database is, Kintone was able to quickly recover and back up the data, providing me with peace of mind knowing I had an up to date version of the data. The migration feature is a great addition as well, allowing me to move data from one Kintone account to another with ease.

There is nothing to dislike about Kintone. I really found it helpful.

You cant organize the home page very much.

You can build it just about any way you want to fit your needs.

There are some limitations on what you can do based on what plug ins are available.

It is incredibly simple and fast to get a new app built and launched. Some of the smaller ones go from idea to launch in a matter of minutes. These are programs that would have taken hours or days to develop in Microsoft Access.

There is some basic functionality that I expect in any database or data management software that Kintone lacks. For instance, the ability to have a drop-down menu that also allows for a user-typed input (what Access calls a combo-box). If this existed in Kintone, it would help me to simplify a great many apps.

Kintone is very easy to use and offers great features like Task Management, Project Management, Alert Notification, Task Tracking and Project Reporting.

As I'm using limited features, I didn't face any issue with the software.

The Software offers great features to perfectly planning your project work with your team and generate effective result. It's very easy to use and eye-catchy UI.

Personally, I didn't face any issue with the tool right now.

Intuitive and easy to use. Helpful employees. With a bit of help from Kintone, able to do everything I have needed from a somewhat complex lengthy first project.

No. It could work a bit on its appearance (ability to easily change colors on background, font, etc.) but for its functionality, ease of use and ability, it's top notch.

The product was so easy to deploy and easy to train people on. The price cannot be beaten. We switched over from Quickbase, which was much more expensive and less intuitive.

Print formatting leaves a little to be desired

I like that you can build Kintone to work best for you. It is easier than other CRM/project tracking platforms that i have used in the past. The fact that we can add various fields to specifically suit our needs is fantastic and not something I have seen in other, similar products.

I do not like that certain status's have to be updated across all apps in order to match the main jobs page status. This can often lead to confusion and misinformation.

Easy app development for the administrators, easy use for the users

About Permissions for fields on the Settings page, I'd like you to include fields which are on the "Table" contents because this feature is not standard function.

Flexibility is what I love about Kintone. It has core features needed to handle many type of workflow in many industries. For those that are looking for more, It is also very easy to implement additional functionality and work with API from other system.

The UI really could use some work. As far as I think the UX is great, UI is struggling to hit good impressions.

Most functions are easy to use .
Easy to create your own database from scratch or by migrating data from various files.
Love the fact that I was able to add 1 user at a time - allowing me time to learn and pass on some knowledge to the next user .
The ability to link multiple apps thru very useful functions ( lookup ) works perfect for me

Online support ( help ) - very limited - when trying to find some guidance on how to set up your "newly invented " app , if you search the HELP or "google it" you will not get many answers or very well explained answers.

Easy to use and has many functions that can make life easy for users

The downtime is frequent but they do it during weekends so it’s not that big of a deal

The support is very good. The software has made things a lot easier and faster for our production floor. The apps are easily built to our needs.

Ability to organize Apps in Categories.

Kintone is extremely easy to learn and use. Each application is customizable so that is extremely useful too.

I think the overall look of the software may be a bit outdated but there is nothing about the performance that I would say is a "con".

Customization options are second to none. It fit exactly what we wanted to achieve.

Overall we are very happy, and at this time have not found anything to improve on.

I no have cons to this aplication because i increase productive in work, and is a grear software which allows to quickly optimize analog processes. Fits small and large organization

It can assign someone with a certain task, and it's easy to create some easy apps.

It cannot do certain things like anker link. It is very inconvenient that it cannot do something easy like this.

You don't need to be an expert programmer to develop a mobile application. It is a simple and efficient tool to develop mobile applications. The features like drag & drop, control permissions, debugging makes the tasks more simpler. The dashboard is flexible and can be arranged as per need of users.

The initial dashboard seemed clumsy. It may be altered to suit user preferences, but it can be improved.
