I really liked its functionality and practicality

The calender intergration with the accounts and business opportunities. This is very helpful also the fact that the fields are not restrictive so you can create your own search features in titles eg Q1 2018 this enables quick checks of what you have generated and due to the opportunities form you can monitor how close you are to success. The contact and the address details are a great help.

The biggest con is the address fields not having country style settings. In Spain the number of a property comes after the street, in the uk its the other way round. The search for property info is helpful but difficult as it requires postcode info for it to be accurate and then it can sometimes type up the wrong address by a road.

When it worked, the application was pretty easy to navigate and the service reps were very responsive...

The application would crash and sometimes give me an error message when I would try to login, and I used the same username and password to log in every time…

It focus on what is important to a sales rep, especially external. It gives a transparency between external and Infernal sales that is very important. Everybody in the org has the total overview of sales activities.

We have throughout the proces had a very good support from the FM team, both in Spain and UK.

I am messing a two way sync with Outlook, today it only syncs from FM to Outlook. If I could send meeting invitations from FM it would be ok, but this is not possible today.

It meets our company needs almost exactly. Our focus with clients has never been better. We know where they are and who they are and when to contact them. Our whole sales strategy has changed after implementing Force Manager.

It is a closed system, so changes have to go through the support team, this is ok bu there are a few elements that I would like to be in charge such as user rights. Would be nice to integrate into other online platforms such as mailchimp etc.

Very easy and clear. It´s very necessary for our daily job. For the CEO and for our agents. The map is incredible.

Nothing. I think the post seller service is very fast for think in our possible necessary things for the future. iOS and Force Manager are matching perfectly.

Highly focused to field sales. Inbound marketing fashion discriminates field salesmen but not in the case of Force Manager that its an application for field sales created by field salesmen (nearly sure about this).

Worst feature is usability. Due to multi platform support from the manufacturer, user interface its far from excellence.

The ability to check in at the location was great.

Great for teams on the go that have to rely on mobile first Apps instead of traditional software. This is a great solution to manage teams and for team players to improve their results.

Nothing to add here to be honest. The only thing that can be improved is to add more and more functionalities to this product

It has a great variety of details in favor, how its good interaction in the interface, and the high range of tools that this software has, make that the idea is a great sample of what this App will be, also without counting the good technical support.

It has some aspects that disgust how the fact that its design is very simple, bland and rustic, another thing is that in its range of tools there are some options that are somewhat unnecessary and a little useless within that range.

Me parece el más intuitivo y con mejor usabilidad de todos lo que probé antes de decidirme por FM.

La verdad es que no tiene muchos defectos, únicamente que para ir fluido en la versión móvil necesita de al menos 6gb de RAM, ideal 8 Gb para sacar el máximo partido en cuanto a fluidez.

Lo implemente pensando que me seria útil, pero no lo es en absoluto

En cuanto necesitas algo que se sale de lo básico te cobran por anticipado trabajos que luego ni realiza, MUCHO CUIDADO!!!

Que es un software que se actualiza en un 60% sólo, no requiere de mucho tiempo para alimentar la información diaria sino se adapta a las actividades normales de un Ejecutivo comercial.

Que la información por whatsapp no queda registrada si el comercial no lo registra.

Que podemos registrar nuestros horarios de entrada y salida, además de las gestiones realizadas en el día con día.

Pienso que es mas por parte de areas centrales, que no se encuentre actualizada la información de los Ejecutiv@s de cada una de las Sucursales.

Como ya he indicado en varias ocasiones, la atención del equipo es excelente. La resolución de incidencias es rápida y eficiente.

Internamente de cara al equipo comercial la herramienta ha estado presentando problemas y el feedback ha sido negativo. Aun así, seguimos trabajando en ello para minimizar las incidencias y tener más libertad a la hora de solventarlos sin necesidad de recurrir al soporte técnico.

El control que se tiene de todos los clientes previamente llenándolo de información.

No poder ampliar la pantalla en la app del móvil.

La ventaja de Force manager es tener toda la información necesari de tus clientes en una app

No hay una desventaja. Bueno, que hay un apartado en creo que en proyectos en el cual no te permite subir cierto tipo de archivos

Es un gran CRM para tu empresa, hacer un verídico seguimiento y estar cerca de los lugares y que te avise para visitarlos, los informes y toda la información que puedes tener para seguimiento de clientes

La verdad todo son ventajes no le veo hasta el momento nada mal

Tienes todos tus contactos guardados, puedes aplicar distintas campañas y necesidades sobre ellos, fácil uso para gente que entra de cero a utilizar la aplicación.

De momento no hay nada que me haga dudar del buen comportamiento de este maravilloso CRM

Es una agenda electrónica que se adaptada a las necesidades de tu operación a diario

No tiene recordatorios que son muy importante tenerlos presente para realizar diversas gestiones

su facilidad de uso, intuitiva y es muy rapid

no se pueden añadir modulos como facturas y cobros

La funcion mas importante es la forma que se hace facil hacer un seguimineto los clientes, el diferenciarlos por zonas, lugares y el entorno me parece muy amigable.

Seria mejor que tubiera un plan para cerrar alli mismo la cotizacion y que te monitoree sobre lo enviado para saber que cotizacion fue exitosa.
