What I like the most at ZenMaid is the invoicing and time-tracker features. Also the user experience is amazing!

There is nothing that I really don't like, but something that could be improved would be the daily report e-mails.

Zenmaid is such a customizable software that anyone can have their desired experience. Our cleaners have access to their schedules and we can control the levels of access to information. We rely on this calendar to schedule multiple cleaning routes and over 10 cleaners. We use this software to manage our customer relationships, book customers, manage daily routes, and plan ahead. We have tried multiple software options and Zenmaid beats all of them.

Out of 4 years of Zenmaid membership, we have only had one instance of downtime during the workday. Otherwise, no cons.

It’s an easy all in one software system to run my cleaning business. I am not tech savvy and this app allows me to do everything I need all in one place.

Now with all the updates I have no issues with the app and it’s so user friendly.

It keeps my business organized and my cleaners enjoy using it

No customer portal It would be nice if customers can interact with the app

On payroll we have to delete all the houses that they didn't punch and is time consuming

practicality and professionalism makes Zen Maids so special , my small business seems like a big company with their services .

Zenmaid pretty much helped me automate my scheduling. It's extremely helpful.

I wouldn't say I dislike but its more of a feature thats missing. I work with property management companies and get work orders sent via email. It'd be nice to have my email bookings integrate with zenmaid and automatically schedule it.

Easy to use, understand and love that we can color coordinate everything

I wish clients could add in and edit their own notes. It would be nice if they could also make schedule request in there instead of a client app.

Cheap, easy to use (other then the glitches and having to refresh every time you make a change) and I did like the calendar scheduling system designed for the uniqueness of a cleaning company, from booking form to finalizing payment (but not following through to payroll ).

Not sure how this product is getting rave reviews when it has glitches that are huge problems, such as missing payroll hours (on the calendar,logged in and not on payroll)! ...unless of course the users are trusting that the program is calculating properly, as it should be! This is only one of many little glitches.....customer service responds but never answers or solves the problem. Payroll should not be sold as a service on this system. So be aware, if you get this software - do your own time sheet calculations. After using this for 6 months and pulling my hair out, I switched to a software that works.

It allowed us to use it as we grew. It’s easy to navigate.

Not keeping track ( in the calendar) of past appointments for the employees that have left.

Nothing that I could think of . They are always open to suggestions that serves the majority.

Also would be awesome if the days could wrap into each other, some of our commercial accounts don't start until 11 pm but we have to schedule them from 11 pm to 11:59 pm.

It was encouraging in the beginning of going digital for scheduling, etc. Once you get going though there was a lot left to be desired. I’ve been with Jobber since July and love their platform way better.

I really don’t appreciate cancelling and then not having access to my financial data. I need documents for tax purposes and I have to sign up again in order to get it. In my opinion that’s bad business and I should have been alerted when I cancelled so I could gather all the information I needed before moving platforms. This is the whole reason I’m putting up this review. Before today it was a simple, they’re just not a good fit, but now I’m peeved.

I love how easy it is for employees to find all the info they need for their work. I love that it keeps the clients updated, as well and sending the reminders to both them and us. Been a game changer for me!!!! I also LOVE the simplicity, ease of use, look and feel of the software. I have tried other scheduling system, and although functionality is of course the most needed part of it, I have found Zenmaid the easiest to navigate and enjoyable to look at and deal with.

I wish that there was a way for everyone on the team to be able to see if someone already hit the "on the way" button so that it isn't hit more than once. I also would LOVE to see the ability to upload pictures of items that may have been found/damanged from the employees phone, and also I would love love love the ability to upload checklists that the employees would need to check off to be able to clock out to save paperwork being everywhere.

This allows quick and easy access for me and our employees to be able to set there schedules and allow them to leave notes and or photos for any assignments on the app.

The worse possible thing I can say about this app is every time you have a employee work past midnight it starts a whole new day with them instead of them getting to finish the assignments for that day.

It’s super easy to use and without it I would be lost. The customer service is second to none.

Not everything was available on mobile right away but most of it is now. So it’s not really a con
