This product is very simple, clean and easy to use. Being able to capture data such as typed answers, radio buttons, check boxes and pictures is key to a form software for my company.

Integration with different programs such as Google Sheets would be nice, then there wouldn’t have to be so many moving parts.

Great for quick use while using the Zoho platform. Easy to access when sending emails using Zoho Email.

Needs more templates and more up to date designs to meet industry standards. The user interface is also a bit off.

Zoho Forms are the easiest to use forms app i have used until now, easy to deploy and easy to make with a drag and drop builder. As is a Zoho app is easy to be integrated and used with other apps like Zoho CRM.

Form builder and customizable fields are the main features I choose to use Zoho Forms, these allows me to gather useful information from my users. Generating reports is easy and fast. Another useful feature is its integration with other Zoho Apps.

Maybe price, there are other cheaper/free alternatives but they are out of Zoho workspace.

Zoho Forms is useful for making forms, but it has a downside. There aren't enough templates to choose from, and the mobile app could be better. While it gets the job done, more options and improvements are needed.

Was easy customize forms and add logos for each client

Customer Service didn't have a direct line just for Zoho forms - they have one for all of their other divisions

It's price is fair and have some interesting functionalities

Sometimes it gets a little confused while using and that's totally unnecessary in some cases

Conditional logic in Zoho Forms makes our forms interactive.

Form design options are good, but more templates would be appreciated.

zoho forms are so good, I like them since it's so easy to use and it allows integration with other Zoho applications such as Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM, able to be used on Android phones

The application is not so user-friendly on phones it works better on computers, and they only offer one user for free this need to be increased

I find it easy to design forms using Zoho Forms. It has the functionalities that I need. I can embed it on my site or give someone the link, as needed. Embedding on my site is useful because I can easily integrate the data with other Zoho apps, as is applicable.

The person who fills in the form does not get an email of their filled-in form.

Zoho Forms' free plan is a great First step to see if this is the right for. So many options are available that you may not even need to upgrade. If you are using Zoho suite of tools, Zoho Forms' us a must.

Their Rules System (where you hide/show fileds or pages depending on the response to other questions in the form) could be more intuitive. At the very least have a little tutorial for onboarding. If you have a brief experience coding you'll be good to go through.

I really like the ease of use it offers for handling the wide variety of features of the form builder. Allows you to receive instant notifications to always keep us informed. Viewing and analyzing the data is very nice and easy, with export as spreadsheets. It facilitates the collection of data by sending the form links through social networks.

It has a learning curve that can be minimized with extensive documentation.

Easy, intuitive and quick to use, creating forms for small business. Lots of choice when it comes to form field types e.g. multiple choice, checkbox, file upload, text etc. Can use own business branding on the form too.

Can't really fault the software for what I use it for.

Zoho Forms is very affordable and easy to set up with extensive customization features. The web-based help screens provide comprehensive support for creating forms and their email support team is very responsive.

Doesn't allow for user sorting of forms list and has separate screens for seeing forms/ reports you created and those created by others.

I have been using Zoho forms for the last 3 years. They are very easy to use, and I use them on my two online real estate websites. They are easy for the customers to fill out and they can, also, sign the required forms.

The only drawback is that you can not upload an original pdf/document that can be converted to a fillable online document.

There are so many form objective and type that can be build using Zoho Forms. I have use it to create form for invitation and use it for employees evaluations easily without needing any knowledge in coding.

I need more build-in template that can fit my form objective without me have to build everything from zero. It will definitely expedite my time in creating form.

It is easy to create logical form flows, show and hide sections based on the input of previous fields. It is also pre-integrated into the vast suite of Zoho products.

A few things are overlooked at present limiting some functionality, but I imagine Zoho will address these issues very quickly.

Love that it integrates right with Zoho CRM. That we can use it to enter new records, as well as edit existing records. Very user friendly and can trigger different workflows in the CRM.

One way that this could be improved would be to support multi-lookup fields.
