Vorteile
Die Umsetzung unserer kleinen Projekte war innerhalb weniger Stunden umgesetzt. Durch die intuitive Bedienung ein Kinderspiel.
Nachteile
Preisgestaltung: Die Preisstaffelung ist zu grob. Für kleinere bis mittlere Projekte fehlt meiner Meinung nach zwischen Starter und Bronze ein Paket.

Vorteile
Formulare sind schnell und einfach zu erstellen. Benachrichtigungen per Mail funktionieren hervorragend. Wir nutzen nur einen Bruchteil der umfangreichen Funktionen und werden uns zukünftig noch intensiver mit den Möglichkeiten auseinandersetzen.
Nachteile
Der Javascript Code verändert sich mit jeder Änderung und muss somit immer wieder auf der Website ausgetauscht werde. Das wurde schon das ein oder andere Mal vergessen. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell dran.

Tolle Idee und sehr Anwenderfreundlich

Vorteile
Echt super und eine tolle Erleichterung für den Berufsalltag. Spart Zeit und Mühe und die Website bietet einem wirklich viele Möglichkeiten und Angebote. So viele dass ich noch nicht Mal alle kenne. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall Mal reinzuschauen!
Nachteile
Nichts aufgefallen - gibt's ne App ? Das wäre super.

A great transition from manual to digital

Overall, we've used Jotform quite regularly now and we haven't had any complaints yet. Of course we've tweaked the forms in order to make the experience smoother for our team. It is quite easy to learn, and we've even added in some computations in the forms, and it's been really helpful.
It does take a while to figure out the approval feature, but once you've overcome that hurdle, it gets easier.
I particularly like the fact that we can customize it just enough so it doesn't look like Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.
Vorteile
We use Jotform for leave applications and petty cash requests in our small team. Before Jotform, we would typically do it manually and though it is seemingly mundane, does contribute to some inefficiencies specifically for me an my partner who approve these requests. Jotform helped streamline all those.
I like the feature that allows people to sign in the digital forms. This allowed us to completely remove some of the basic forms we have in our office and just transition to digital. It then gives us a PDF report after.
Nachteile
The free version is quite generous, allowing you to use the useful features of the app. I do find the pricing a bit expensive. It start from free and then suddenly jumps to 34 USD.

I like that it was user-friendly. The platform is easy to use and makes it easy for us to quickly design and publish forms.
Nachteile
Its a bit of a challenge understanding how to setup the payment structure, and discounts.

Customer support is generally very good. It sometimes depends on the person answering, and I sometimes get different answers from different people. But, they get back to me quickly and with good information. It's a complex program, does what I need, and help is available when things go wrong.
Vorteile
I run a scholarship program using JotForm. We have a long application that is simple for students to complete. I share the results with 60 scholarship providers. Each one receives a different set of applications. All of this is simple to do.
Nachteile
When creating reports, fields appear in the order they were created, not the order they are listed on the application. This means it takes more time to find the fields I want to include.

Ive had a great time with JotForm. I have over 50 forms in place for internal and external users. I can launch a form in minutes and embed it into my WordPress site easily. It's worth every penny.
Vorteile
Jotform is an economical and powerful tool. It lets you create forms and collect signatures very easily with no programming required. If you need more power, it integrates with lots of other apps like google, Zoom, WordPress, and DropBox.
Nachteile
If you do any type of complex logic forms, it can get a little tedious, but once it is working, it just works great!

Overall, this is a great software. You can do so much with just a "free" subscription. They also offer online tutorials and webinars that are also free of charge. Their customer service is also efficient. A++ service.
Vorteile
I love the ability to be creative and having lots of flexibility to design forms and templates. There are so many options available even with a "free" subscription. I created a form in Jotform so my employees could sign up for a meeting date/location. When they select the meeting date/time from the drop-down box and click SUBMIT, a confirmation email is automatically sent to them confirming what they had selected. We no longer have employees forgetting what session they signed up for. This is a great function!
Nachteile
I cannot think of any "cons". The platform is very user-friendly and easy to use, even if you are a new user/novice.

I've been using Jotform for over 10 years and I continue to find new ways to put it to work to make me more efficient.
Vorteile
Jotform is one of the most user friendly form creators available. You can find every tool you need to collect information on your form. The drag and drop format makes it easy to design a form. You can also find hundreds of form templates to choose from in case you don't want to design a new form.
Another great feature is the ability to integrate with other platforms such as Google Drive and Google Docs. This makes it easy to share information with others.
Nachteile
I really can't say much negative about Jotform. The only feature that I can think of that would be helpful is the ability to multiple users at a lower price point.

Jotform is a multifaceted hub for things form-related—and then some. My business considered them for an electronic waiver system, and I ended up using something I didn't even know I needed: their build-your-own app feature, for an employee training materials app.
Vorteile
A huge range of functionality. Even at the free (!) level, you can build your own app with a password to access it.
Nachteile
There wasn't much to dislike that I found. However, the coding is seemingly different for apps across different OS's; on Apple devices, it is difficult to save and access the app. There are workarounds (i.e. using Safari instead of Chrome to save the app as a shortcut to the home screen). On Android, it worked great!

We appreciate your feedback on the Apple vs. Android experience. I'd like to clarify that accessing and saving the app on Apple devices using Safari browser is really easy. It's pretty much the same on Chrome, but a lot easier. To do that, click on the Share menu at the bottom then select "Add to Home Screen", just exactly what the popup instruction suggests. Nachteile
Advanced features could be more user-friendly, as they take time to learn and can be hard to understand initially. Additionally, there can occasionally be issues with forms loading properly.

I like the ease of use and the conditional formatting. I love the API features and the fact it interconnects with the other products that make my business work.
Nachteile
That I can't have an additional user (one other one) unless I get five other users. I don't love the fact that the data isn't stored in Australia or that I don't have the option of doing that. I hate the fact they upsell HIPAA Compliance to health practitioners outside of the US as HIPAA isn't designed for anyone outside of the US.

Just FYI, we have an Enterprise solution where you can have a sub-account feature as well as choose your server location e.g. in Australia so your data never leaves your country. HIPAA is also optional in Enterprise. Please check this out https://www.jotform.com/enterprise.
For the standard version, since HIPAA is all about safeguarding PHI, all users from different parts of the globe specifically those who also operate in the US can choose to enable HIPAA if they are subscribed to the Silver or Gold plan.

We use Jotforms across the college for submissions from partnering departments for design and web update requests. This allows us to keep all the information in one place rather than rely on emails. Plus, we have a historical record of all the requests in a given year.
Vorteile
Jotforms is a simple way to create forms to obtain information and has powerful features for advanced form building. The form builder is drag and drop and provides plenty of options for customization. There is a free version with plenty of features and a cost-effective paid subscription that unlocks plenty of helpful features.
Nachteile
The UX on the submission side is not great. When navigating to the forms to review submissions, I oftentimes have to think twice about where to find them.

On the My Forms page, you only have to select a form then click the Submissions button on the top menu or click Inbox within the form menu to view the forms submissions data. Jotform is the best (if you don't mind the price)

Vorteile
Jotform is realy the best tool about survey and appointment purposes. They have tons of automations features and it has easy of use charachter. Also customer support is very fast and kindly.
Nachteile
Prices! To be honest jotform is very expensive. Thats why althought it was my favorite tool, ı dont use it because of price. Especially country like Turkey which is inflation rate is more than %150, this price is not normal. I think they should define different price point for different country. Or should serve some discount coupon.

There is just one reason; Price. You can make free survey via Zoho and you dont have any limit. That s amazing. Also Bookafy can serve many features with free version. I started to use these tools free version and after a while convert my freemium plan to paid plan. Easy to use and set up with a premium design that is auto-optimized to suit different screen sizes. before I learned about jotform, I attached calendly link on my website and end up with a lot of unwanted or nonqualified prospects booking a call with me but didnt show up. With jotform, I can set clients' expectations of my service fee range via the form questions and answer and only allow those who complete the submission to book a session with me. It's not just a form tool but also perfect for prospect filtering as only serious prospects will fill out all those questions and get to my calendly link to book an appointment.
Vorteile
I like the premium, animated, and classy form interface compared to a normal google form. It makes my website look so much more professional. I also love that it can perform validation for the input and comes with automation and mobile apps to make life easier. I love that the form is auto-optimized according to the different screen sizes of our devices.
Nachteile
nothing it's really good for its feature already. I couldn't ask for more.

Very good! It has allowed us to facilitate processes such as the receipt of payments, inspections in apartments with real-time alerts and carry out mini projects, helping especially in the collection of information in a quick and easy way.
Vorteile
The options it gives when it comes to creating forms for different areas. Mainly through the functionalities and the bifurcation of questions. It is also very easy to collect the data obtained through the questionnaire mainly due to the automatically created spreadsheet and the filters that it has.Also the creation of alerts via email based on key answers seems to me a great success and very important, especially for the detection of problems.
Nachteile
The creation of forms seems to me a little bit too square and too predetermined. There is little room for customization, especially at the design level.

If I forget to connect to Google Drive, when I do, I wish we could sync all data not just from when it was connected and going forward (I know there is the option to sync all data when connecting Google Sheets).

Our experience with Jot Form has been amazing and has changed the way that we are able to operate as a company. We no longer need to rely on pen and paper to help manage our team out in the field. With the help of the forms, we are able to accurately track times and gather information from our caregivers as well as our clients.
Vorteile
We really like to use the forms to keep track of our caregivers times. We mostly don't use paper timesheets anymore, and we now have a hard paper trail not subject to the potential loss of any physical sheets of paper.
Nachteile
Occasionally can't download PDF submissions. We depend on these to keep good records of our team mates times on particular shifts.

Vorteile
Great for registration forms; lots of customizability, and once you figure out the calculation widget, it's easily reproducible for future forms. I also like the flexibility of knowing we can pay for a year, or we can downgrade and upgrade our plan on a monthly basis based on our usage. I also love that you pay a flat fee; they don't charge a percentage based on registrations or transactions, which helps for budgeting purposes.
Nachteile
It has glitched unexpectedly in the past, where users cannot submit forms and get error messages (in error). I've also had issues with the autosave function, where the builder will randomly freeze and when I reload, it pulls up an old version. Using Chrome instead of Safari helped with this. The customer service could also be improved - it's frustrating that you can't call and talk to someone (but on the plus side, you can google just about any issue and find several suggestions from Jotform staff).

The Most Powerful Form Builder Online, Anywhere.

Fantastic. From the limitless possibilities with the form builder to the knowledgeable Q&A support staff, JotForm definitely has a winning solution. I would recommend this for small and large businesses, from technical to food service, from cars to dress alterations, from vacation rentals to feedback portals. The people at JotForm listen to feedback and feature requests, I myself was able to have a widget updated after I found a bug that had previously gone unnoticed. You won't find a better combination of power, flexibility, compatibility, user-friendliness, and helpful support in such a refined package.
Vorteile
In short, everything. For starters, the ability to sign up for free and begin immediately creating forms that work within minutes is unmatched. I am impressed by the extensive amount of widgets that can be utilized for custom data entry, from QR code scanners to file uploaders to widgets that can perform custom calculations. The logic editor for controlling if and where questions, textboxes, widgets, etc. appear is very powerful and allows for virtually limitless form possibilities.
I've used these to in conjunction with QR scanners to load pre-populated forms that allow technicians at my workplace to upload photos of machine issues, describe repair procedures, and even add parts used for repairs. Seperately I've also worked on forms used to report inventory / ERP data discrepancies that can be mailed to specific recipient groups based on which part of the ERP system is in question.
I could ramble on about the endless customization with the design editor, the ability to do advanced back-end coding including the addition of dedicated HTML, PHP, and other code languages, the ability to integrate forms with everything from Google Drive to Airtable to PayPal, secondary integrations with Microsoft Flow, you name it. And the amazing thing to me is, the forms look stunning on desktops, tablets and mobile devices. And if you don't like how a particular widget looks, crack open the CSS on the back end and you can build pretty much anything.
Nachteile
The power and capabilities of the system can be a bit overwhelming to a new user. There isn't an easy tutorial to get you going right off the bat, so you're left searching at times for how best to accomplish a particular goal with your form. That said, the Q&A portion of the website is very helpful, and the ability to ask questions and get fast feedback more than offsets any initial disorientation.
The only other con is the weak integration with Microsoft products and web-based services. I'm not sure what the issue there is, but it has been a hiccup during my integrations and projects. There are work-arounds for this, but those are weak as well. That said, JotForm is always developing new plug-and-play integrations, which means this is something that could be seen in the future. And they listen to their users' feedback.
