Fairly easy to use - only slightly buggy. They just added the ability to print badges and it works well and is easy. I've had virtually no problems.

I'm still waiting for the invoice feature that they told me two years ago was six months away. And they don't seem to have it as a high priority.

I like that there is customer support available to help with simple questions that come up.

I do not like the mobile view and the limitations on customization.

I liked the easy way of designing and being able to preview before launching. The live chat is awesome as well to help with issues right then and there. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very friendly and helpful.

What I like least about RegFox is that I didn't find it sooner.

I like so many things about RegFox. They have a platform that is easy to maneuver and their customer service is easily accessible and very knowledgable of their product.

Regfox is continually updating there product, so if there was something that I didn't care for in the beginning I like it now.

RegFox is pretty simple to use and their follow-up is great. [sensitive content hidden] helped me navigate an issue that I could not figure out as I am computer illiterate. The support is great.

The chat box was extremely responsive and solution oriented.

A little overwhelming. Lots of options, lot of things to review, create and utilize.

I cringed when I saw text option for support thinking I was going to get another clueless bot but it is a human and they are great. Twice they have answered questions, sent supporting videos and docs and even gotten on a call to do a quick walk through.

Inability to group completed events and surveys. Multiple years of use for monthly events would like to be able to put them in folders to shorten the list.

I like that it is easy to use. Customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable.

Some of the forms need refinement to make them even easier to use.

We have a very complex convention format. The software is very flexible and easy to adapt to our need, plus the logic capabilities are very good. At very low cost, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] set up our first draft of the registration form and we were good to go after that. Couple this with the overall low cost of the software (we are paying less for credit card fees and software, less than we used to pay for credit card fees alone).

I used this software for a large scale expo with my company and everything went amazing. The software is so easy to use and the staff is beyond helpful and supportive. I would partner with them any time, any day.

Easy to use, chat line help accessable. Payment portal was a major factor.

Somewhat difficult to set up changes in future pricing

I really like the chat feature. It has been very helpful for me!

At times, I have trouble finding solutions to problems that I am experiencing within the system, however, like I had mentioned, the chat is ALWAYS available for me to ask my questions and they have been very very helpful and timely in their responses!

Very easy to use, set up, edit and administer overall; lots of design features; GREAT reporting features and demographic gathering. Customer service is EXCELLENT - I prefer live chat, and they are very attentive and give lots of detail, solutions, and other ideas to better your site function.

Before learning all the ins and outs of Reg Fox, I assumed it could operate like an Amazon shopping cart. While there are some outstanding features in Reg Fox, it doesn't have true cart functionality, so it would be an issue for you depending on what you're trying to sell or accomplish.

RegFox provides affordable options for online registrations! I do wish there were a few options that I could customize, but the RegFox team has been amazing at assisting me with work arounds and solutions. Great and fast customer service! I will be a long-time client!

Static fields... Billing. I would like to set up my own fields. Using actions to hide items is helpful, but I would like to customize to meet educational ways...

The support staff are very quick to respond via email with screenshots to illustrate how to fix my problem.

I can’t really think of anything. I wish my organization needed it more often as I could become more proficient in all that Reg Fox offers.

First off - their customer service is incredible! one of the customer rep is awesome and really helped us out of a bind with our event. I've used RegFox for several clients and events and it's been a winner every time. Their fees are more than reasonable, everything works perfectly, and overall it's an awesome product.

Their primary in-house payment Gateway is WePay. We signed up and started collecting funds for our event, and WePay came back after several tickets were sold and said they were going to have to hold a large amount of funds. This wouldn't work for our event, so we talked to her and she let us know there is another option used for cases like ours. I wish this was advertised as we could have saved ourselves a few days of headaches.... but she got things taken care of immediately and made sure everything was fixed as we needed it to be.
