> **Vorteile**: Our reps' ability to "edit in Word online" or "edit in Excel online" is admirable because they don't have to download a document, edit it and then upload it back into the system. Any changes are automatically logged and entered directly into Highspot. Later, they can be displayed directly from the stage. The search function within the application is very accurate and finds the most relevant information based on questions from our representatives.

> **Nachteile**: The Highspot presentation could benefit from some modifications to give reps the ability to take notes similar to what PowerPoint offers. Depending on how many "spot" areas each person has, it can make the platform slower. Last year we detected that problem and fixed it with the help of the Highspot support team, who helped us make modifications and edits. At this point, the problem no longer exists.

> All employees involved in sales activities have access to the Highspot account (Sales, Marketing, CX, Legal). We use the platform in different ways. Most commonly it is used to host marketing documents, PowerPoint presentations and important content for sales staff to use in their presentations and customer research. The platform was also used to run our induction and training programs, as well as sales games for reps. On Highspot, customers also have a dedicated space where they can archive important documents, such as presentations, proposals and contracts, that they need to keep. Finally, we have recently added and acquired Highspot LMS, which allows us to offer new training and classes to our reps.

The ability to see others' comments and reactions to documents is helpful to as I seek those that are most heavily used.

This was always my concern when I'd search for things in our Confluence instance when this type of documentation existed there. Highspot is definitely easier to navigate but I still don't feel like I get directed to the materials as easily as I'd like to. It often takes a lot of digging and repeat searching.
