Instead of refunding me, they refunded the clients — money I had already earned. If these weren’t friends who paid me back, I would have been out thousands. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. At first, they seemed helpful and professional, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare.In my very first week of business, I only took friends and family as clients to work out any glitches , the kind that usually happen in a soft-opening phase. Sure enough, the first credit card charge I processed was audited and held by Vagaro without any valid reason. Even after I had already performed the service, they insisted on holding the funds. When I contacted customer service, they blamed an onboarding issue with my \[sensitive content hidden\] and even asked for his personal password from another account something completely unprofessional. After I expressed my frustration (politely, without any rude behavior), I received an email stating they were dropping my account entirely and refunding all charges to the clients I had already serviced. If these had been new clients with no prior relationship, I could have easily lost thousands of dollars. Vagaro chose to refund the clients instead of me, the provider who had already completed the work. Thankfully, my friends understood and paid me directly, but the level of unprofessionalism here is unacceptable. I will never recommend Vagaro to anyone. It’s a terrible, unreliable booking system.
