You can see who is scheduling and also find if that is clashing. One can also customize the access and decide whom to give access of which calendar.

> **Vorteile**: This is easy to set up, never glitches, and is accessible in so many places. We use this app to communicate between sales people that cover a showroom floor and do outside estimates. When we are at a clients home we can easily open the app to see when our time is open, and showing who is scheduled to cover our showroom. The search function is amazing, as well as automatic links to maps when an address is added to the calendar. Once you understand permissions etc… there a endless ways you can set up your teams calendars. We use this for multiple stores as well.

Anyone can pick it up and use is easily, our engineers get on well with it and we can keep a closer eye on work bookings/ levels of works completed and the engineers can upload pictures/ forms all to one place which is easily accessed by people in the back office.

> **Nachteile**: The only con I have is the amount you can upload to each job could be higher, however I think we can get this if we were to upgrade our current subscription.
