Nomenclature is hard to understand but once using it’s fine

Good for capturing data in an auditable system for the production of food and pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.

Issues with the systems are not addressed in a timely manner and are frequent. The system has quite a few bugs, like not loading pages until you click "reload this page" in your browser.

I love having a system that is digital (coming from someone who's always worked with a paper based system). The ease of routing all document types in all modules is one of my favorite features specifically for a company that has multiple sites)

Some of the pain points are the cost of licensing, not having the ability for multiple collaborators to edit the same document simultaneously, and search functionality being tough for users who aren't as familiar with document numbers/names.

I love that fact that it is so customizable.

Compared to everything else I have seen- there are no real cons. Perhaps the need for users to be somewhat computer literate.

QX can crash after massive updates but usually gets resolved quickly

Reporting still lacks flexibility for end users.

It easy to use and with latest technology it help us to stay compliance with Regulatory regulations. The process to handle quality events like Deviation, CAPA, Events are very smooth and step by step making our life easy

Publishing Queue it gets very slow every month end I dont know why but it only thing that I am concerned about

Provides a wide range of modules, each of which are highly configurable.

Platform is not the most intuitive to use, so can take a while for Users to learn.

Having everything in one place makes it easier to manage the document management tasks

Sometimes there are parts of the system that are unable to be edited/updates and this can limit how we schedule our tasks

We are able to manage documents and training again as this was not workable on paper anymore.

Some reporting functions are still not that easy to use (for example tracking pending tasks)

Master Control provides great costumer services. Everything from the kick off to going live is smooth. Very helpful with the new aproaches to the old processes. All questions are answered quickly and in quality. It is very user friendly platform, easy to use and manage.

As a global service sometimes it is harder to get a new needed for specific company feature added. But not impossible.

That all the Quality processes and docs of your company are fully accessible everywhere. Internet connection is the only thing you need.

There are few constraints and defects using the out of the box processes workflows. Some customizations are required.

I love the learning and development section of the MC the website. I love how all features can be integrated.

End users struggle. You need to be using MC daily to appreciate/understand. Dashboard can be overwhelming. Wish the learning and development section from website could be easily accessed from MC app.

First and foremost, it has a great user interface. Certain elements like the task list and document explorer are accessible and easy to navigate.

The workflow builder is quite limited. You either have to rely on MasterControl's prefab workflows or try your hand at building your own (which is quite complicated) and forego MasterControl's support on those forms. There is a new platform for building these forms/workflows, and I am hopeful that it delivers a satisfying product.

User friendly system. Easy to track all the changes.

Sometimes it cracks, and works slowly, but that issue resolves quickly.

The ease of tracking documents through their life cycle

The tool is so powerful that I feel I'm missing some of the functions of the system.

Audit, Documents, and Training are critical for our sites and work well.

Integrations and lack of direct access to our database are major issues.

The interface is easy going, the user is able to easily navigate through the system.

Flexibility is needed in order to keep up with the companies changes

Validation on board, easy API Integration, QMS, and MES combined

EMEA backend support would be great, US support can sometimes take a while due to time difference

It connects many aspects of quality and it can be greatly accessed remotely.

At some points it's not self explanatory.
