I love how easy it is to use the platform. Our employees adopted it so quickly and love being able to recognize each other across all of our company sites.

I would love an easier way to import mass appreciations that give more visibility on what's about to be submitted before you press submit and shows the progress on sending those out.

Peer to peer recognition is good and the bespoke awards are good

It doesn’t integrate well with our primary message platform slack and is quite clunky in comparison

Wish I had a bigger monthly budget. It is one of my favorite tools as a leader.

There isn't anything that I don't like about Motivosity.

It is easy to use and navigate through. There is nothing hidden and very easy to access.

Being able to recognize individual team members or groups of team members is a great tool.

It isn't always easy to find what I am looking for, but the customer support is great!

What I like the most about Motivosity is you can express your feelings and build a bridge to meet in the middle with your colleagues. You can say thank you! This is the most important thing. And when they thank you it rapidly increases your dopamine level.

Well, sometimes application gives some errors but if you update the app regulary it should be solved.

It was easy to use, fun and positive. When used properly it drove employee engagement

There were quite of few of bugs and many instances of employees being locked out. It was not easy to set up for the front line employee.
Also was not long term sustainable as most employees only cared about the monetary rewards.

Spreading positivity, celebrating wins and boosts moral.

Nothing really! Very positive! Sometimes hard to tell if someone has given you a globie buck or not but very good.

Employees relations, employers continue to provide feeds

Need less showing of favorites and more overall categories

The ease of use was outstanding for end users and administrators.

Could use better functionality on posting multiple photos as Highlights, sometimes it is unclear when you can scroll drop down menus.

It allows employees to recognize their peers and create bonds, all while upholding our company core values.

Sometimes uploading a photo highlight glitches but not often.

Fun way to get coworkers engaged and appreciating each other!

I suddenly have to type my password and receive a verification text each time I log in now. It used to only require my email. Not a huge deal, but definitely takes longer to log in.

This surely make it easy for us recognize and thank employees for a great job. We are able to catch people in the act of living our core values and instantly reward them with tangible funds. It’s a powerful motivator
