bob team is extremely agile and receptive to feedback. New features are pushed frequently and we feel heard when talking to the client service.

Most definitely the application's speed. It's sluggish, and the login takes forever.

Nice HR tool with loads of features but hard to use without a lot of time and effoty

I like that you can look up all employees in your company to learn their title, office and boss. That is very helpful at a large company. It is also helpful to have all your payroll, documents, time off etc all in one place.

There are times when I have had some glitching when using Bob - i.e. I am unable to use the search bar for some reason.

I'd like to be able to upload many photos in the documents section

The attendance part which didn’t track the time correctly sometimes when clocking in or out

With the great talenet management and onboarding features, Bob is my favorite.
It also helps with most HR needs

Bob has been amazing. I cant think of any failures.

Love the fact that you can integrate many different platforms with Bob. Such as Zinc and Greenhouse and really easy to work your way around the system.

I really like the social media style communication on the profile page, this has brought our teams together so well across all locations.

Some of the dashboards could be adapted to show more of a breakdown. For example time off by reason, not just by month.

It's very easy to navigate as a user. The side panel makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The Time Off section is what I mainly use Bob for and I like the feature where you can estimate how much time off you'll have in the future

The demographics for our organisation is also a very neat feature on the homepage

I do not have anything that I don't like about Bob. If anything, I wish there were more demographics for our organisation on the homepage, and maybe update the demographics! As I'm not sure the demographics have been updated since I joined the org

Sometimes a few features are a bit hard to use or understand, and not immediately intuitive - but not a major concern

Would love to see further expansion in the 1x1 tool to enable team members to make meetings with their managers, and allow other leaders book 1x1s with team members to encourage mentoring. I would also love to see further development in the e-sign templates to allow for direct uploading of editable pdfs.

Very easy to operate and check the stats for every person in the company.

About hi BOB i have no complains it works perfectly fine.

We really like the surveys and the review process.The automated task lists and workflows are also really useful.

I'd like to track peoples over time more easily

Very easy to use, it has a lot of useful features.

Im happy with the product, customer support could be a bit more efficient but all in all very good product.

Easy to use and integrates well with other software

A lot of manual work is required if we need to make updates to the whole company - definitely wouldn't recommend to large companies (500+)

So easy to use, has an app, it is visually appealing and has so many features. The customer support is fab, you get answers to queries so quickly
