The product is easy to use. The price is affordable.

Recipients seem to have trouble figuring out how to open the encrypted emails or ignore them. When we send emails to insurance carriers, they typically never get opened. I don't know if this is an industry problem or why this happens.

Using neocertified is an easy safe way to send things via email that have patients personal information. We have always had no problems using it, very easy and effective !

There is nothing we don't like about it, very easy to use.

The instructions for client to login to use the software is very simple and easy. Support is very fast without waiting too long on the phone or email.

So far with the usage of this software from both my clients and users feed back, there is nothing bad about the software. Even and elderly person can simply click and register without issue.

Extremely easy access for end-users, protection across all of our devices, little to no tech support needed once installed/deployed. In the rare instances tech support was needed, cases are handled by a real person who can understand our issues and communicate what needs to be done in an expedited fashion. We have used and tested numerous products and NOTHING comes close to what Neocertified offers and delivers upon!

The add-in for outlook is very easy to use, download and installation is very user friendly. There is also a mobile version for when our users are not at their desk or working remotely, since COVID a lot of people have been using their personal devices for transmitting PHI, and the mobile version for iPhone and Android is great.

At this time, currently there are no negative reviews.

I like the relative ease of use. All of our staff who are using Neocertified were up and running quickly.

It would be nice to be able to sort your "Read" emails into folders.

Easy set up, easy to use, user friendly. It provides email encryption for both businesses and individuals. I am a bookkeeper and have recommended NeoCertified to several of my clients and they too love this software.

From a company Admin perspective, it would be very beneficial to have more tools and control over the back end of the system.

Simple to use and affordable, especially for a smaller agency. Set-up was seamless and the modules to walk through set up were very clear.

Some secure email recipients outside our organization were unable to receive the secure message due to their own firewall security protection, although that issue was infrequent.

I love how easy it is to send a Secure email. Its a simple add-on to Outlook and one click to send a secure email. Our clients find it easy to use as well when sending their documentation. For a small company this is a great solution for secure emails at a good cost.

It'd be an even better product if it came with greater storage/memory size without having to pay for more space.

East of use in Outlook. Ability to obtain a read receipt.

The Outlook plugin frequently become disabled. It's an easy fix to re-enable it but I'd prefer not to have to do that.

NeoCertified is an easy to use, affordable product for a small business like mine. It allows me to send secure emails to our clients and vendors to protect confidential information. With one click of a button in Microsoft Outlook, I can send my secure email.

I would like a feature to place a secure link on all of my outgoing emails so that anyone can send me secure information through NeoCertified.

Fairly easy to learn. Someone looked into programs and suggested this one, so I did not research others.

A bit awkward to use; particularly when I am attaching documents in it (which has often been why I needed to use it). I have saved drafts and the attachments I added disappeared by the time I went back to the draft, even if it was just a few hours later.

NeoCertified is a relatively inexpensive option for sending secure emails. It is simple to use. I like when I am notified that the email recipient has read the email.

On the recipient's end, accessing emails may be slightly annoying since they need to create an account and password.

This software is easily installed , functional from first use, and easy for first time users.
I recommend it for all users.
