I've been creating and sending email campaigns on behalf of a number of nonprofit organizations for the past ten years, using different software, including Vertical Response, Salsa, Mailchimp, etc. I found all those easier to learn and set up than Reply. We currently have a free account with Vertical Response that allows us to send 10k emails/month. For free. With customer support from a real person, by phone, whenever I have a question. We've ended up using our free account to send emails instead of our paid account with Reply just because Reply is so unreliable and difficult to use. You need to pay attention to active sequences you have and who is in what sequence or step. You can't have people in multiple sequences for good reason.
