Betterteam Erfahrungen

Our work load is constantly changing and we could need more staff at a moments notice and Betterteam has allowed us to post a job one day and have hundreds of applications in our inbox the very next day. Whenever we have run into a problem or had a question (even before we signed up) their customer support has been supportive and gotten us an answer or corrected the issue within 24 hours. I would reccomend this service to anyone looking to hire new staff.

The only complaint we have had about this software is that we get a lot of repeat applicants who are not actually looking for work but are just applying everywhere for unemployement purposes. I wish that there was a way for Betterteam to divert applications that we had marked as declined previously in our earlier job listings.

It helped out small nonprofit get in front of a large pool of candidates when we had no other luck elsewhere, and is Free for Nonprofits!

No improvement is needed as the process is easy

The audience. We received exceptionally high, quality responses. We conducted split testing with a competitor product, and Betterteam far outperformed.

I would have liked if the cover letter was not an option that people could bypass.

You get not only a simple, easy to use interface and dashboard but the applications are emailed as well. I like that you can easily Like or Dislike and go on to the next resume.

I'd like to see the ability to rank your "Liked" applications as well. I noticed that my job post was edited and I would like to have been able to approve the edits before posted. There were a few applicants whose resumes didn't post, I don't know if that was the applicants error or the software.

It is sad though that so many applicants have poor writing and grammar skills. Most seemed to think a cover letter is a waste of time I guess. A competent potential employee should use this opportunity to introduce themselves to the prospective employer. This is critical in my opinion.

Ability to post in multiple sites at once, one single list of applications to keep under watch, quick and efficient way to add notes and filter candidates. Reaching to candidates in remote locations, to fulfill special hiring needs. Makes the job done, easy. Once you publish your job post, you just need to focus on your real work of interviewing candidates. You don't need to learn multiple systems to publish to different websites.

At the time of my first job post, I felt a bit not so straightforward (at least for me) how to customize the look of the job post, I needed some testing, but then it worked fine (it is why I left 4 out of 5 stars for "Ease of Use") . It is a tool without many frills, and makes the job done (could look a bit "spartan" per se, but again it is really designed for what it does.

Our team uses two different types of applicant tracker and BetterTeam seems to be much organized and is better than its competitors. It has a more organized layout and better management options for job postings and received applications. It is easier to use as well.

Our team found no disadvantages upon using BetterTeam so far. It has aided us well in our tasks.

The over all quality of candidates is unmatched. I've used the big competitors and cancelled all memberships after using this group...I did the free-trial expecting a big drop-off in service once I signed up. That is not the case, the resumes except coming!!!

We are a small company and only needed to post for 1 position. However, to get the service we needed, we went with 3 job posting subscription. The overall cost was not bad even though we only need 1 posting.

It was easy to set up and it brought the most interest out of several sights.

it's very easy to use and it wasn't long before we got a very qualified applicant sent over to us. The prices to continue the service are extremely reasonable compared to other programs.

The only con I could think of was the ability to make a more professional profile. For example adding pictures without having to be "accepted" etc.

That it actually works. I am more confident than ever that I will never lack a supply to find employees ever again!

I currently did not have the funds/budget to continue with the software but in the trial period I was able to without cost gain over 25 applicants to help me grow my business. This in return will set me up to run my company with greater success and in turn develop the budget to always have great staff with a new hiring policy, I will then return to better team to assist me in this process

Ease of use, instructions were clear, and really liked the free option.

It was very easy to use. It was seen by many applicants as I got a lot of interested applicants. Staff contacting me via email were very professional. it was good to see they checked out the validity of the business advertising so to eliminate time wasters. It was easy to receive the CVs from the applicants. A cover letter was also received via email from the applicants. You can give lots of detail for the advert and a list of questions to eliminate people you do not want. It guides the employer to give a detailed description of the job. The site is easy to use. I received three potential employees whom I called for interview. I would use this site again in the future. I was very satisfied with the service. The main pro was it was easy to use. I am happy I used Better team .

Software is very user-friendly and straight-forward therefore making job postings easier and time efficient.

It may not be a con for people like me, but being too straight-forward may seem lacking to some people since nowadays they want the app to be more interactive and have more content. Just providing this comment on the possible stand point of other users.

Betterteam is super easy to sign-up with and use. It really made it supper simple.

Finding my way back to my job listing was a little confusing at first, then I created a short-cut and it was easy from that point on.

It is very user friendly and the platform is easy to understand and use. I also think the customer support is top notch. The price point is also very attractive.

I wasn't able to intergrate it with our ATS system, which was a downfall. I had to cut and paste applicant resumes into our ATS system, which took time and effort.

I like how easy it is to use the website.

One update that would be amazing is the ability to re-link our job website to applicants. IE: a person applies for a position that is posted and then is automatically re-directed to our website. It would be great to also have the ability to send mass emails to candidates who have applied for a position.

You can't edit ads and I don't think it's any better then a free posting on indeed. Every applicant we asked seen the ad on indeed. Not one seen our ad on another site.
