-Know EXACTLY where your drivers are located.
-Get alerts if your drivers are speeding, or driving in an aggressive manner which uses more fuel.
-Manage vehicle idle time which wastes fuel
-Have the ability to tell the customer exactly where their delivery is when they call asking "where is my item"?

GPS device is not built very tough. In the event that you need to swap out the device for some reason, it's pretty easy to bend the pins inside, or if it gets dropped, it will shatter easily.
However, if this happens, Azuga will promptly get you a replacement (for a small shipping fee).

I like that Azuga allows us to track crews in real time.

The route replay would always start from the starting point. However that was operator error.

I am able to track all my fleet and would like to be able to track them all live, the ease of use is cool and authentic and the devices integration with other apps is not an option

that i am not able to live track any device and would like to have this feature available in case of an accident

I love I do not have to call my techs out in the field to see where they are. I know when they arrive at a home and when they leave.

for the reasons I use it for I see no flaws

The ability to track and maintain vehicle records is important for many businesses. Azuga allows this to happen with little training of office teams nor drivers. Encouraging safe driving behaviors has kept vehicle incidents to a minimum.

The mobile access can be clunky by not updating to our geography and keeps vehicles "nested" on top of each other when they are close to each other.

Ease of operation and insight into the Fleet and it’s a Mobility

There is a learning curve. but overall, I am very pleased with this product.

I like Azuga Fleet Management because it enables me to track my fleet, monitor driver performance, and identify areas for improvement. Their tracking’s solutions help my division to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance safety. GPS tracking, real time diagnostics and driver monitoring help keep my drivers aware of their performance.

Not really a negative, but Azuga has an extensive range of features, and can sometimes be a bit overwhelming to navigate their portal and fully utilize all of them.

I like having a visual representation of my fleet on the map in my area of responsibility. I also like being notified of an alert as soon as they occur in the field.

I would like to have a mobile app to monitor my fleet. Having to monitor it via email or solely on a PC is difficult. Logging in on a mobile devices browser is not ideal. Product implementation and monthly fee could be cheaper.

the location tracking is great and has helped us stay on top of the location of our vehicles and allowed us to adjust our schedule as needed.

Sometimes there is a delay not sure if it is weather related but those times make it hard to know where the vehicles are.

To locate our delivery vans' locations. Helps clarify end of shift time for employees with time stamps and geolocation. Allows us to give customer accurate time and location of where our driver is at the moment. Ensures employees stay focused and don't run extra errands.

The price increase after initial savings offer went away.

Having to switch between different section to get a vehicle updates. I should be able to pull up my vehicle and then have a drop down option to update the data, driver, vehicle maintenance, etc...

The ability to locate a car live, the ability to track a vehicle, and monitor extreme driving.

Nothing to dislike. As with any tool there's a learning curve, but it's relatively simple.

Tracking features have increased safe driving habits and provided insights to field managers. Location feature is used to confirm field service quality.

Scheduling features did not meet our company's needs.

The real-time tracking is great for seeing when techs will arrive to a customer location.

The mobile app has had some minor issues lately but is still as functional as the computer one.

It is not possible to manage spare vehicles that don't have a dedicated GPS tracker assigned. (We have more trucks than drivers; a few special customized trucks that are used less than a handful of times yearly.)

I use Azuga to track all of the vehicles in the fleet. It has always worked and I’ve never had a problem with it.

I haven’t found any problems with it so far. Seems to do exactly what I need it to which is track the vehicles in my fleet and make sure everyone is driving safely.

We get a lot of false reading, like it shows disconnected then show connected. This creates too many false alerts.!

The features you have in Azuga Fleet is beyond anything we've received with other companies. From the office staff to our drivers, everyone can stay connected!

My least favorite feature is the mileage tracker. It is definitely helpful and needed but not as crucial as other options on Azuga.

Real time and historical reporting of activity.

Minor issue to improve - on Breadcrumb report - would like date to stay constant and not automatically return to current date. For example - if I look back 30 days ago, I would like the breadcrumb report to hold that date as opposed to reverting to current date.
