What I appreciate most about Indeed is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive job search functionalities, which make it incredibly easy to find and apply for relevant opportunities.

What I liked least about Indeed was the customer support experience. While the platform itself is robust and effective, I found the customer service response times to be slower than expected, and the resolution process could be more proactive and efficient.

My favorite features of Indeed for the hiring process are the skills test, communication, and applicant tracking. When posting for a new hire I was able to easily set requirements and add the questions either suggested or the custom one I created which helped to streamline the process.

The resume database is too easily accessed, anyone can create a free trial or paid account and there are no steps to prove you are legit and not a scammer. This hurts the overall process. It has caused a lot of mistrust in the community and allowed scammers to pretend to be our business we were made aware of this and someone was "interviewed" via the signal chat app. The scammers had told this person that they found their resume on Indeed.

Indeed is the ultimate platform for recruiting and selecting candidates. If you are looking to recruit, no matter the position, you must post on Indeed. Comparatively, no other platform compares and offers the flexibility and intuitiveness as Indeed.

Sometimes the volume of notifications become annoying. I would much rather login to the portal on each day I wish to review applicants. One other downfall is that the filters need to be tightened, so not to allow people living in other countries to apply, where a permanent status in Canada is required.

I love the ability to easy craft and update a resume, the chat feature with potential employers, and the prompt response most employers give. One time I got a job offer in less than a half hour of applying for a job.

Every job listing should have to list an exact starting salary and not a large range or absent information. If an employer is of high quality and cares about its employees, they will post their salary because they know it is fair. The few employers that don't post accurate salary ranges come off as red flags to me because it seems as if they are trying to economically take advantage of unsuspecting people. Indeed could raise its standards for employers posting listings in this way and help everyday workers advocate for themselves by seeing an accurate salary upfront before wasting time with a potentially exploitative employer.

Love that it is easy and simple to create a job posting. Perspective applicants also seem to respond to this format and find it easy to upload resumes and information.

There has been nothing that I haven't like about Indeed. The process is easy, and gets results fast whenhiring!

I do believe that Indeed is a terrific platform that provides a variety of options to assist us in finding the ideal applicant for our job position. However, there is always opportunity for development in any wonderful instrument. The search criteria for applicants in the resume database are one area that may use some improvement. While they are adequate, some users may feel them to be too simple, desiring more complex and adjustable choices. Another area that may need some attention is platform communication management. While it's nice, isn't there always space for improvement?
