> **Vorteile**: There's a free version. When I've interacted with their support team, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Indeed is clean to look at. It's surprisingly easy to use, even when it doesn't feel like it would be. It's nice that the users can direct assess you through the portal. We've found some great hires and connections on Indeed. It's easy to manage potential future employees.

> **Vorteile**: I appreciated that the platform laid all the groundwork out for you, each section outlined exactly what was needed, it didn't leave any unanswered questions for the applicants.

> **Nachteile**: I did not like that applicants that were not qualified, and clearly not qualified, were able to click and apply, which then costs us money. Screening questions were clear and concise yet, unqualified persons were still able to apply. I also wasn't aware in the screening process that candidates were made aware if you categorized them as a yes, maybe or no.  That should not be visible to a candidate. Indeed also is a very poor site for obtaining skilled healthcare labor (veterinarians specifically).

> In the end, I was able to find some good candidates for my entry level positions and nursing positions.  However, I had to sort through a lot of poor ones to get there. I am hoping that indeed makes changes that benefit the employer in the future, rather than the job seeker.

I’ve had a lot of success getting resumes, and we’ve made some great connections with hires—some of which have stayed with us for over a year and counting. The platform is very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate, manage candidates, and handle scheduling. It’s also simple to add team members so they can assist with reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.

> **Nachteile**: It’s pretty expensive. We do get a lot of resumes, but many aren’t great fits. I know that’s not fully on Indeed, but for the price, it can feel a bit high.

> Overall, my experience with Indeed has been good. It’s easy to use, and I like that I can give team members access to help manage resumes and scheduling. We get a strong flow of candidates and have made some solid hires. Customer support is there when needed, but the platform is simple enough to manage on our own. The cost is a bit high and candidate quality can vary, but it still gets the job done.
