> **Vorteile**: I use it to log and version control processes.  Anything from recruitment, to performance management, to procurement, to policy enforcement.  We store all of the processes in Promapp so that anyone in the organisation can look up a 'how to' on just about anything.

> **Nachteile**: The software does exactly what we need it to, store process maps :-)

> It makes it easier for us to hold staff accountable when they don't follow a procedure properly, or say they didn't know how to do something in the first place.  It also helps with handovers, as outgoing staff don't have to write novels on how to do their job, they can just mention 'we have a Promapp for that'.
