For creating opt-ins and online form, it was generally easy to do. They have a ton of beautiful and well designed templates so you do this effortless and perfectly. Even with a free plan, the available templates are gorgeous. I did not need help in order to navigate through their website or create an opt-in for my website.

> **Nachteile**: The lead capture form looked very good on desktop, but when I log in with a mobile device, it doesn't look pleasant. I literally need to scroll down before I can see the lead capture. I think Mailmuch needs to program their templates to appropriately fit the screen of a mobile phone.
