The way it is set up for time tracking and time off. It was not too complicated and didn't require a bunch of steps or information. It did exactly what we needed, which was a way to track time that wasn't tied to manually entering in/out only at work. Plus my partner or I could look at the time entered and know where the employee was as far as working that week.

The only thing I can really think of that I struggle with sometimes is finding a missed clock in/out. While it says you can't do two of the same - clock in/out in - in a row, there's no indication when the last in/out was to track it down and fix it.

Location tracking and time scheduling management have become incredibly easy and efficient, simplifying task organization and effortlessly keeping everything on track.

The geolocation check-in and check-out feature can sometimes behave unpredictably, causing occasional disruptions in tracking accuracy and reliability.

The overview is easy and you can clock in and clock out easily

You can't clock in on your other devices besides the computer.

Simple to use for both myself as the business owner and my team. The reports are clear and provide everything I need. Great product.

Nothing, not much in life is free and good - Jibble is.

Easy to use and set up, but we only use the free version to track our volunteers hours.

It would be great to be able to have some reporting available in the free version.

Its simple and i can easly export the whole month into an excel.

The only con i can think about is when switching from time entry into hour entry it resets my notes.

asks for the task to be done before clocking in

its with the mobile app, it takes photos and i believe posts them down in the database. thats not right, i understand its for facial recognition but man we can use something like i dont know a facial recognition API from Apple or Google. listen i am a backend dev myself and i know this can be done.

It's free, which is the most meaningful to our non-profit. It's easy to use for on-site volunteers using our hub tablet and for off-site volunteers to track their time using the app.

I wish the free version would total the monthly hours. It's one simple feature that would be the cherry on top. If that was added the free version would be perfect for our tiny organization.

It's a clean way to keep time for freelance projects. There's no confusion with AI productivity tools, Pomodoro clocks or fancy bells and whistles. It works, because I need an accurate and easy way to keep hours on 3 or 4 jobs each day. The ability to keep track of projects I'm working on as well as breaks taken.

It does take a few more clicks to work through some of the processes. Not all the processes like editing are completely intiuitive.

Very easy to use and manage throughout the day. The better part is that I can either use it on my phone or laptop, and it'll be updated in real time.

We liked the ease of setup, didn't need to to reach support to get up and running.
We migrated from a different system we've used for over 3 years and Jibble made many of our headaches go away especially the Kiosk offline feature allowing employees clock-in even while offline.

The only cons for now we've noticed would be the Kiosk not working on landscape mode but just portrait. We have an iPad holder that's fitted in landscape, we did find a work around though.

The limited customization options in reports could be improved for more tailored insights.

Not always recognized by credit card and it freezes it.

I appreciate that Jibble works seamlessly on both the laptop and the mobile app. The accuracy and ease of use across different devices are definitely its strongest points.

The only downside I’ve encountered is the repeated login issue on the laptop. It can be a bit frustrating to have to log in multiple times during use.

Ease of use: I find it easy to work with jibble, everything is made so simple here.
No downtime seen: I haven't seen a case, where I got glitches or downime from server
portability: it has easy of management, as we can manage time tracking via mobile too.
Consistency: All the hours tracked are consistent and haven't seen error so far

The ability to specific task and edit certain time depending on the task applicable.

The layout needs improvement because it seems that everything is all over the place.

After using Jibble for more than 3 months, I have yet to encounter anything I dislike
