The ease of use for my cleaning business.

I feel like the pricing could be a little better. I would love to have a few features on the highest tier, but I am not quite ready to pay that amount monthly. It would help if some services could be purchased as ad-ons.

Easy to use when it works properly, it was the beat software when I first started using it.

Since a new company bought this software everything went downhill!! Customers being charged multiple times, email send to customers without owners authorization, app does not work and now to complete the whole mess my schedule completely disappeared since yesterday. This is not right!! We pay so much for this software and it does not work!!

I have a cleaning business and without this software I'm absolutely sure my monthly revenue would decrease significantly. It makes running the backend of the business much easier than it would be without it. Customer service is extremely responsive. I've even had them respond in the middle of the night to an issue I was having.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but they provide a lot of helpful how to instructional guides. I think there's probably a learning curve with any product like this that you'd use. I eventually got the hang of it and now everything is fairly intuitive.

Launch 27 has been a lifesaver! It took all the major problems I was encountering when starting my maid business and solved them with one monthly payment. It's great!

There really is not much L27 is missing. It handles all the major problems; booking, scheduling, managing teams, credit card processing, paying teams and the list goes on. The email customization is better than most but still needs some work.

I really like the front end booking page that the customers use. It is a great design. And the email follow ups are nicely designed for you.

I am little more fond of the back end of housecall pro. I used it before switching to Launch 27. They had a little better back end features for less price, but the front end design was horrible.

Makes handling bookings and managing cleaners very easy. The mobile app give my company a huge advantage over old school local businesses. Launch27 automates so many manual tasks. Highly recommend.

It would be great if I could pay contractors through the platform. That would eliminate paying for additional payroll software.

Since I started to use Launch27, my sales boosted and still organically grow each year. It absolutely worth every cent as it transforms your business in a new modern way of doing it with using lots of automation and less people.

Their website is filled with bell and whistles which made me give them a try.

They should definitely be more specific as too what services you are able to put up as that is and was not made clear till I gave them a try

Tech support! If you have any questions, no matter how silly they may seem, support is there for you. If you have a highly technical question about their API or anything else techy, you'll get a clear answer.

The software works exactly as intended (and always has since day one), but there are times when something might be a little confusing or a new feature might not work as I originally thought it would. In all of my years using the service there hasn't been one time where I reached out for help that I didn't receive it.

If I had to choose a con, I would say it's that they update the software too much. Meaning, they're constantly evolving and adding new (helpful) features. I use very few of them so at times I can find it to be a bit much, but honestly that's not really a bad thing because they're listening to their users and they're adding and updating features based on user feedback rather than feedback from a board of directors or shareholders.

Online booking features are second to none! Online payments and automated emails/texts really make for an impressive efficient process! L27 delivers a self-serve model where the customer is in control! Our customers enjoy ease of use, booking online, rescheduling or cancelling, if necessary. They also love using the email feedback loop! We love it, too!

All customer support is handled through web chat and email. Occasionally, someone will call you if you are dealing with a difficult issue.

I like the ease of setting it all up to fit my business needs and how it runs on it's own after that with precision. My clients can book and receive a confirmation and then have their own special login to manage their future book, while also receiving alerts from us to keep them alert that we are coming.

I have been using this software for 2 years and I can't say that I have any cons. They are always enhancing with features that make my customers experience 5 star.

I really like how it's a one stop shop for service businesses. It helps you with the whole customer journey, from initial booking to managing the job.

the check list is definitely not practical. It doesn't let you attach it when creating booking on desktop. It's also very difficult to edit.

Server maintenance tends to be late at night which is when I like to work.

The ability to book online for customers. Being able to charge customers instantly after their service has been completed.

Wish I could pay my cleaners directly through the site. As a Canadian company this option was never available

On line booking, auto emails to customers, integrations, really everything they do is pretty great! I also like that they are always looking to improve, add value and make the company better!

The customer service. Don't get me wrong, the online people are AWESOME, that being said, typing out every question takes 3x as long than if I could just call someone. I also feel like they should offer an on boarding person to walk you through setting it up and learning the system. There is still a TON I don't use (stripe for instance) because I don't know how. My first few weeks were super frustrating and I almost cancelled because my VA and I couldn't get some basic functions to work correctly.

Let me see: automated emails, credit card holds (automatically), getting customers to book online directly from our website, awesome customer service... and the list goes on!

It would be nice to have the ability to customize the booking page - it has some limitations when it comes to customizing it to our liking.

We can manage all aspects of scheduling through this, including coupon codes and gift cards, as well auto emails to clients and payments

There's nothing I don't like about it. It does force you to use stripe to process credit cards, but I'm happy with Stripe and their fees are competitive or lower than other companies

I love how easy the system is to use. I can customize anything and everything from the services I offer to the way I want to accept payment. It's honestly made my life easier and more organized.
