Does not have stereo 360 support. This is really important to us. iStaging says its coming, but no timeline was given.

it's very easy to use and sharable without problems. Also the speed in internet when i use it on smartphone to do some presentation is very good

I can suggest you to improve the infopoint. They are not good and not responsive (the pictures)
Also the possibility to link mp3 file may be very good
But work on the infopoint to make them more smart and potents

I like the ease of use of the software the most. The way it seamlessly integrates between the hardware, app and VR editor on desktop.

There has been a couple of glitches with the software but our account manager has helped us work through any issues we've had.

I like that it is not ubiquitous. It makes my company stand out from others and customers appreciate it.

It has a bit of a learning curve with the software, but once you understand how it works, it is easy to use.

It was easy to set up and there is no expensive camera or other equipment needed like other competitive products.

It's ability to create virtual reality tours of a real estate property is very simple and cost-friendly compared to the delivered results. YouTube and other tags are easily embedded within. User friendly and intuitive to use with your mobile device.

Has some tendencies to crash when stitching photos. There's no live chat support when urgently needed. And no WiFi means bye bye.

Having an iphone Plus, the camera can sometimes leaned and dropped from the tripod.
Once on the rotator, the button to launch the live tour is partially hidden it, which does not make it easy to use

I LOVE how easy to use LiveTour is. I also love how much more of a home you get to see when looking online. 100x better than simply looking through photos!

It freezes when you run it for a long time on some phones, the reminder feature don't work sometimes.

Taking the images is super easy especially since they send you the tripod and attachment for your phone.

Getting the images all stitched together can be hard to do if your pictures are out of order. Adding notes along the way can also be cumbersome if you are not familiar with their platform.

It's easy to use. It allows to brand yourself, unlike other companies where you pay an outrageous amount of money for the camera then you a high monthly fee to host and edit your files and it's still has their brand on it!

The software is quick and easy to use. Great value for the ability to create VR plus the ability to brand our company is also great.

Sometimes ordering the photos for the tour is a bit buggy but it's a minor problem. The issue is when you are trying to order the photos a lot of times the other photos will come out of order or the tour will jump one photo up or down the spot you want by a long ways.

All functions are on line. User can select and control what to see. Just click and got it. This also responsive and support all devices.

Not seen yet. really! The iStaging may be try to study what people need and develop the most complete software for 360 Panorama.

Very easy to use. The Live tour editor was very handy and had many possibilities. The video.link option is very usefull.

Would be very usefull to have an undo button while editing a tour, since I uploaded an image by accident at the "preview photo" section and lost my panorama.

Easy to use with any 360 capturing device. I have tried the leans supplied by iStaging with android which is very good. Samsung Gear 360 is ok. Best results I have hade is using a fisheye lens on a camera.

This is tool is extremely handy! It can be hard having to lug a huge camera around and having the ability to use my phone is great and convenient! Makes setting up tours for our homes fast!

Targets to move through tour are a little small in the tour when viewing on small screens. Could just be my eyes.
