It is very easy to use, and very very funcional.

You only insert your domain, your own rules to filter the users, and "Walla!" its done and working.

At the same time, this software let you block long ip ranges for Google Adwords. Important if you discover that they are using bots.

To say something "bad", maybe the report each two months with the invalid click in Google Ads it is too late if you have a budget with 2000 euros, but this "law" it is defined by Google not by ClickCease.

Anyway, they send ythe report automatic, so it is perfect.

In my career of PPC I've seen a lot of account and talked to a lot of business owners. And one thing that's always haunting me is business owners who are scared to pay for clicks coming from competitors.
The moment you start talking about click prices, this is one of the top topics. After doing some research I stumbled on ClickCease, and I'm glad I did. This piece of software does exactly what it says. Of course Google's and Microsoft's filters are good. But by preventing people from clicking the visibility of the PPC accounts went up on the full border. ClickCease completed the used tools in our agency.

noteworthy: Besides the tool itself, the customer service is out of it's league. Other (bigger) companies could take an example to ClickCease's tech-savvy, fast and friendly customer service team.

Installation can be a hassle, if you're not the owner of the website. But this is with everything that comes with code. Overall the tool is very user friendly!

Good product, and delivers what its promised

the only reason I am writing this review is because of the agressive and boiler room like sales culture this organization has had - I have been a client for 2 years and the way their team tried to constantly upgrade you and really hammer home the upsells is pretty insane - it's really disappointing how they treat current clients and keep milking them for more

I like the fact that this software needs almost no intervention and it silently and effortlessly saves us money on click fraud.

There are no cons or downsides to this software that I have become aware of.

- Less fraudulent leads & spammers can see our Search ads which saves us money, providing the opportunity to submit clicks for a refund to Google- Helps to increase fraudulent inbound lead disqualification rate (i.e., reduce Google click -> inbound lead conversion rate) which saves our SDRs time on calling these fraudulent leads

Haven't had any negative experiences with the tool thus far – its job is pretty straight forward (block fraud leads) & it does it pretty well

I strongly recommend ClickCease. I was spending $1000 per week more on unwanted clicks. Now I don't have to worry about someone clicking my ads repeatedly, 2 clicks then my ads won't show to that user anymore to avoid extra click charges.

The fact that you can install ClickCease in minutes, get your traffic covered is huge. The amount of wasted ad budget we had was just awful, so having something like ClickCease really changed the game for us.

It would be great to have this adopted more across all advertising channels.

I occasionally have difficulty connecting a Google Ads ID to their portal, but usually refreshing and a quick chat with support clears it up

I would like to know how many ads get a click but never arrive at my website. Also invalid clicks are not addressed at all.

None - this is a waste of money - I would not recommend subscribing

The advertise that you will receive savings in 2 ways:
1. Through a refund claim based on their click reports and identified fraudulent clicks, Google will refund you on these clicks - the estimated amount they will refund is displayed as 'your savings' - but Google DOES NOT refund you for these clicks! - False advertising.
2. Blocked VPNs - this is difficult to quantify as they are 'future clicks' that would be blocked, but are definitely no where near the estimate above. I would guess that it is close to 1% or less of the advertised savings.

After We got hit several times with fraudulent clicks and lost lots of money (which only a small part of it was returned by Google) I do not agree to run any Google Ads campaign without monitoring the clicks.

You'll be surprised how diligent your competitor can be when it comes to YOUR account and taking it down.

I wish it had worked with FB Ads fraud clicks and likes too

Easy to use, customer service helped a lot with the onboarding, On Google, the excluded IP's are done automatically, saves a lot of time, a great dashboard to see the click prevention activity

You need to upload the bing excluded IP's manually,
Also, you need to really set everything to the small details since the tool likes to exclude almost everything,
So make sure to have a clickcease rep going over your settings with you.

I guess the new ad spy feature is still in beta because I haven't seen much data from it yet.

What it COULD be .. but it sadly doesn't live up to its potential

1) Horrible, horrible support. 2) The data is inaccurate and when you present it to Google for a refund Google just points out the REAL data. So basically it leads to a huge waste of time.

Beautiful and clean software that even has an optional dark mode! The automated Adwords claims are amazing and the ability to finely tune the blocking process and sensitivity is flawless.

Ease of use, the automated protection, details to clicks, and device ID tracking

When they add new features i feel like it takes at least a month after it launches for it to really work.

Clickcease is easy to sync to your Google Ads account. You can set up your own detection rules (eg. max 3 clicks in less than 1 min) which is a must-have as it depends a lot to industries. Finally, it's easy to calculate the ROI of the solution. You can compare the monthly price (eg. 60$) with your savings (eg. 50 clicks x 5€ CPC = 250€).Bonus: we can now sync it with our Facebook Ads account

Sometimes, we feel this kind of tool is a black box.. We don't always know how things are measured.
