i send letters at least 2 times a week because of child support and family out of town. alot of stores dont sell stamps. love this website

i don't want to have a membership. i just want my stamps and go bout my business

I like that the software is straightforward. I was able to get customer service when I needed it. I like that the software easily connects to 3rd party applications.

I found it hard to make changes or cancel my account. I wanted to try other options and had to call customer service to make those types of changes and it wasn't really easy to do so. I also think it is expensive as a baseline software because to effectively use it, you have to basically use a 3rd party application, and that other app also charges fees too.

Printing envelopes with addresses. Retaingin contact lists, however one update casued these files to be lost. No recovery and no support available. Updates cause error notices at every login. No support available

Entire website is corrupt despite updates and no help is offered

Pricing. Will be appreciated if price is a little lower.

The features I like and use the most on Stamps.com are the shipping and tracking features. I love how simple it is to ship and track packages from my online beauty store.

Honestly nothing negative to say, I love stamps.

I wish we had known about this sooner. I no longer have to worry about the hours of the post office to have our postal needs fulfilled, everything can be done right online. It's so convenient, and saves a lot of time. As someone who can't leave the office during most of the hours the post office is open, this is the best answer out there.

The steps to get set up were a bit repetitive.

It's just another form of being convenient. You could be Post Office at your own house. Do anything on your computer as far shipping stamps, way packaging and whatnot.

Don't think I've ever worried about is Vivo. Waited probably in tag it probably, so it'll get shipped

Customer service is almost not available. It makes up for it with cheaper shipping labels on the fly. When there are alternatives that help streamline the shipping process this makes Stamps.com use a minimum only when needed.

I like that with stamps.com, we can create a sheet of stamps at the click of a button. We use lots of stamps, so this saves us time by not needing to go to the post office.

I wish that there was an option to print more than one page at a time.

Printing labels quickly.

Everything else. No ability to reprint labels, refund process for mistaken or unused labels is absolutely ridiculous. Also, dont fall for the postcards that say you'll get $10 in credit if you mail in a postcard with their stamp. I mailed in multiple and never got credit until I complained to customer service.

They are truly remarkable they have great service and very trusty
