The level of customization of this software allowed us to gather the information of visitors which we require.
Every step the visitor goes through can be customized. The visitors only enter the data we need and are not forced to enter that which we do not, this provides a fast and easy sign-in process. The ability to serve different forms depending on the visitor type is great.

ID scanning and OCR using the rear camera of the tablet is a desired feature.

The layout was initially a bit poor but with updates now is OK

The software is very easy to use for the end user. It has some great back end features such as the emergency evacuation procedure. It is fully customisable to your needs which allows you to put your branding on it. Overall great quality product which is easy to use and manage

I would like to use it as an employee sign in and out system also, which is being developed further to what it has already been done. Works the same as the visitor system. No other cons really.

This software presents a very professional looking check-in system that was easily adaptable to our needs. The technical support we had was second to none! I would not hesitate to heartily recommend this system to anyone who needs to impress their visitors.

It could have done with a bit more steering on the badge design, maybe some templates, but i appreciate this could be very difficult to do as there are so many ways they could be outputted.

Being a small company, every bit of time we can save implementing a system can help massively! The software is really easy to use for all of our visitors and great to update for our administrators.

We haven't come across any bugs with the software, so cannot comment!

General, it's easy to use only needs to understand and learn it.

all are understandable from my side.some visitors are feeling uneasy, seems that filling the system takes more time if they are late in interview or meeting.

One of the things that I liked the most was that I was able to adapt the forms to my needs, the registration by means of a QR code and the sending of invitations by mail

The ease of use and ease of setup was fantastic. I was an early adopter and was able to work directly with the founders, who were very helpful!

There is a lot of customization and some configuration that I found a bit complicated or had a lack of documentation pertaining to it.

This product replaced our antiquated paper system that we previously used.
Setting up was assisted by the Vizito team (remotely) and our Corporate image and Health & Safety policy was implemented on the tablet.
Monitoring of our visitors is paramount in the case of an emergency!

On occasions. The device is unregistered from the Portal. This is easily resolved, but should not happen.

The Host receives an email with the details of the visitor

Lacking integration with onsite Access Control system / Sometime the Host's name does not populate(although the Host is registered on the system), this may be due to system updates needed.

It's very easy to set up and be online in minutes.

it was missing the Arabic language but Vizito has the best customer service, once we contacted them, they helped us set up and create an Arabic interface.

From seeing the demo to the live environment the implementation and training of different level of people went very smooth. Support from the Vizito people is impeccable

Any features that were needed were discussed with the Vizito team and some functionality was eventually introduced in later versions.

Most of all, Vizito was the only software that had all the features we were looking for. The people we had contact with were very friendly, hands on and guided us through every question we had.

There is nothing negative about the product. Features that were missing were created.
