> **Vorteile**: Crowdin is the most feature-rich of the localization platforms out there. Just as important, it has the best online translation editor for translators. The problem with most localization platforms these days isn't which formats they support or any other engineering feature -- it's that the online translation part is so slow that your translators don't want to use it. Crowdin is the ONLY platform our translators actually enjoy using. That makes it a win-win. Also the customer support is excellent.

> **Nachteile**: This is nitpicky but we run a lot of projects and would like to archive "old" source files without deleting them. Also the way it manages duplicates is not ideal, but we haven't found a platform that does a better job so it's hard to complain.

> **Vorteile**: The interface is well designed and the task feature is extremely time saving.

> **Nachteile**: Why are TM matches vs string history vs MT suggestions in the same spot and not easily distinguished?  It makes translation difficult for all parties.
From an LSP partner perspective, it does not make sense to use CrowdIn.  The security access controls are not present.  So unless your organization is purely crowd-sourcing, the ability to comply with ISO and other standards is near impossible.  But also the key concept of having multiple linguists work on a project at the same time without the ability to cross over into each other's content is missing.

> **Nachteile**: However, there is no mobile app nor is the website designed for mobile.  I most often use Crowdin on my mobile phone. So, at times, I have to zoom in and out, which detracts from Crowdin’s ease of use.
