> **Nachteile**: Explanation on the PCB deduction changes are not available automatically. We gotta ask the customer support for every case when there is changes in PCB deduction due to changes in payroll if we don't have experience in payroll.

> Good that we have good customer support. In addition, we would like to have reminder notification for payroll finalisation, form E andon EA form preparation and updates in statutory payment related payroll matters.

> **Vorteile**: We were also a start up company , therefore we needed a software that was user friendly. We found that PAYROLL PANDA did just that. For someone without accounting or HR background. They made it easy for us to manage our staff salary calculation to applying  leave.

> **Nachteile**: There were a few glitches on data entry at the beginning. We needed to rectify the issue with customer service  a few times but they were super responsive and helped me thru it with an ease.
