Ease of use and the "set it and forget" installation options. The system can be configured to allow users to manage their own filter quarantine.

The UI is more complex than it needs to be. It's difficult to navigate to make changes and makes management more complex than it needs to be. But once learned it's quick.

It automatic update and manage email security for my company. It also check and converted the hyperlink as well.

Hope we can have more live support person that we can work with rather than put in the ticket.

I didn't have a clue as to how to set it up but the SpamTitan team walked me through it with ease.

Nothing comes to mind. There are a few very minor tweaks in the UI that could be made, but it's obvious the SpamTitan engineers are constantly making small upgrades to the overall product.

Nothing really. Sometimes, tech support can be a bit tardy, but any issues I have had have been resolved satisfactorily within a few hours

The configuration of SpamTitan is very easy and allows for quick deployment.

The user portal for accessing user settings and filtering is quite dated and could use a facelift.

The ease of use in getting these services up and running, then the ease of use across the board.

Not a con, however, they need to work more on end-user spam reporting, I use KB4 for this and would rather this service be in ST and or sync the lists that and black to defender as my secondary.

Setup was fairly easy and the techs took their time to help us understand the install process.

The 30 day storage aspect is weak as is the ability to read contents and once its been delivered there is no resending. The multi-server cluster setup often requiores making sure searches are on both nodes or you may miss what you're looking for!

Our company was getting SO many spam and phishing emails. Once this software was implemented, I was able sort and manage my email easier.

Sometimes emails that I have "allowed" in the quarantine report, still get quarantined. I would rather have this though then a ton of spam.

Easy to set up and use on a daily basis.

I don't have any complaints. It works well and it's easy & accurate.

It's a great app for cybersecurity and firewall, additional for other projects

So far, I have no cons with using the app.

Filter all the email, and these is very powerful function and I use everyday. Sometime user would received lot of dunk mail, without this we would delete those email manually and waste time.

What's to say? It blocks spam, has an easy to use interface, and sends emails every day with emails caught in quarantine. SpamTitan works well enough that you forget it's there.

For newsletters: I wish there was a setting that would let you whitelist the Reply-to address automatically instead of the auto-generated one time email.

Integration was easy, post sales team ensured all the steps were taken correctly and it is highly effective.

The layout is slightly dated and reminds me of older software like Magento's backend. Graphs could be flashier and there could be more of them, but these are minor things for me. However, they may matter more to others.

SpamTitan is actually really worked, and has really decreasing the amount of spam email that i have receive before. It only need to be setup onetime, and most of the time, i don't even have to monitor the report as they rarely blocking a legitimate email that are sent to my email.

There are some feature that are not available at the moment on the software, like to preview the content of the spam email, without having to whitelisting the email. It will be a good feature, so user can totally know what is the content of the email that has been blocked from the main inbox.

Cloud based software so nothing to install on site. The dashboard allows you to see what emails have been quarantined, allows white listing of domains. Decent set of basic features. Price point reflects what you get.

The following lets it down:
1. The quarantine reports to the users are once a day, i get a lot of emails from staff saying they haven't received a email from a client and i have to log in to check, a quarantine email once a hour would be much better.
2. Some email which don't even match basic standards get block but not reported, took us a while to realise this as we had a ioT device misconfigured but had no idea Spam Titan was blocking it.
3. It can fail to deliver to the endpoint mail server, but doesn't report whether the email was successfully delivered or not just that it passed or didn't pass the spam listing, you have to go into the actual email and look at the headers.
4. Would be nice if there was a encrypted SMTP relay too that could scan email going out. Haven't had a compromised laptop or email account but could see how this would help.
