Easy to use, very user friendly UI, it also provides all the tools for mobile testing. If you need to test something on a virtual mobile device, using Lambda Test is the easiest and fastest solution.

Cant think of anything, i am happy with the user experience.

The UI and how easy it is to use. The ability to cross test platforms, and be able to test both manually and with automation.

Lambdatest works very fine.
I see the known problems on Apple device like the object-fit:cover very good, which I do not see on software emulators. If you do not have an apple device for testing, it is usefull.

Not useful is the price.
I would accept 10 Euro for one project. But not the monthly costs.
Maybe useful for bigger agencies. But I'm a one man show, I do not have so many projects with apple specific problems. For me it is cheaper to buy an old IPad.

This product has great Usability as i found.

The cost of this product was the biggest problem.

I have used LambdaTest for manual testing on my web applications. It helped me to test my website on different web browsers, operating systems and also helped me test responsiveness by providing various mobile resolutions.

Sometimes I have faced issue with connectivity but that percentage is very small.

Easy installation, easy usage, huge amount of devices

Often devices outages, big delays in responsivity, app installation failures, short expiration time (when I need to study specification during testing - session often expires which drives me mad)

LamdaTest is a really good platform for a new tester to start and get a boost in a career I liked the UI and the automation for test for websites and android app

There is no such big dislike but I would it need a period of time to understand the UI once you are familiar than its a great but it need time get habit of it

I'm really liking the overall UI of the app as well as the simplicity of usage. The number of device available is very good (from last Iphone to very old Samsung). Using it to develop mobile application helps a lot and increase productivity as well as app performance and reliability.

The price could be a bit important especially when you're alone in your company and you want to start using real devices.

Better browser coverage and reliable frameworks

Proper setup steps are challenging to understand, and submission details should be clearer with a sample submission screen screenshots.

I heavily depend on the cross-browser testing capabilities across desktop and mobile systems for all our apps, so I would say I like that the most about it.
I can effortlessly test my web apps across various browsers, operating systems and devices along with integrating it with my CI/CD pipelines thereby ensuring seamless end user experience once the app is rolled out.

One of the drawbacks I would say is that LambdaTest's primary focus is testing web apps in live environments as it operates on a cloud based infrastructure. Thus, any testing involving local environments or to be done offline, such as testing applications in internal networks or behind firewalls, LambdaTest's capabilities are limited.
I would also say that license cost for it is also a bit too high.

The ability to easily use different browsers is something that is really helpful with Lambda test.

It is not very easy to understand the different options on LambdaTest, may be providing some sort of guidance that makes easy to understand. Describing typical use cases, so that we can explore beyond browser.

Wished there were more options for customizing test reports

The Ability to Test multiple devices and different versions of the OS.
Also, the Devices are easy to set up and Test

Mobile Validation is a bit tricky as we are using a mouse for touch input, everything else is great

I'm impressed with LambdaTest's huge selection of browsers and operating systems, allowing me to ensure our applications compatibility across various platforms and devices.

While it offers many features, there have been times when the platform took a little longer than expected to initialize certain devices, especially less common ones.
