I love that everything I neeed from leads to layout it all conveniently in one place!

It takes time to get used to navigating the software. I find it difficult to teach a new rep the most effective way to use the system.

It is easy to use and effective. The best thing about it is that you can manage your business from anywhere in the world.

There is no down fall to using ASG. Just like any other system it has glitches but os fixed in a blink of an eye and customer support is always a push of button away.

ASG has the ability to generate contracts and invoices, and not really anything more. As a web browser tool, it has been easy for multiple team members to access. They've improved the search function, but that has become the only way to find anything.

Very limited capability. We are still having to use other software to make up for where ASG lacks. Support is entirely unwilling to assist which is outrageous given the cost.

The usability of this software is leaps and bounds above other systems i've used. It's helped our company organise all communication and information into one organised format.

The third party extension for the email integration is rather patchy.

I enjoy the ease of use everyday. I enjoy the reports it is able to create.

In switching to an all-digital format, we were truly challenged in finding the right ad manager. Genius definitely was the right choice. We performed a trial with several other competitors and Ad Sales Genius was selected because of its pricing and especially its ease of use.

A few of the features could be honed a little to allow for more user manipulation. However, we've noticed that ASG has been addressing and updating the areas of concern over the past few months.

Love the follow up features and the ease at which I can run reports

Getting to speak with real people that provide solutions quickly. Their team remains to be responsive and helpful with trainings and questions that arise.

As with any new software there are adjustments and hurdles, however, the team at Ad Sales Genius is responsive and professional at any turn.

We switched from our old platform 2 years ago and could not be happier. The system is so user friendly and the customer service far exceeds any other CRM I have used.

Nothing. I love that they have an option to suggest improvements and I think that is so great to have a company that cares what its clients think.

I do wish that when invoices are paid the receipt showed what actually paid for that invoice. MM had that and it was so helpful.

I just started at this company about 6 months ago and this was my first experience with Ad Sales genius. There was some necessary training required, but over the interface and interaction has been great. The staff is available and able to video chat which is very helpful, when we need them.

I do think the email conversation could be improved. Sometimes the responses are as helpful as we would like. Perhaps we are not explaining in detail what the issue is, but the feedback can be less than stellar to try to troubleshoot how to fix the problem.

It's ease of use and the many features it provides that help ensure the process of selling from start to finish is without headaches.

I feel like in the invoicing it could be more customizable. For example, we have a few advertisers that are not always on time in paying their bills. It would be nice to have a "PAST DUE" option other than assigning a payment plan. Also, in the proposals - we cater to small companies and often times the total number (i.e. amount after 12 months) scares them off from signing an agreement. If we could take the "subtotal" & "total" feature of the contracts it may make getting clients to sign for more than 1 month at a time a bit easier.

As an Ad Account Executive having all pertinent information at your fingertips well organized in a very user-friendly system is invaluable to increasing revenue for your business.

There isn't anything I don't like about Ad Sale Genius

The most impact features are the contract creations and unity it brings as a team. This software not only helps create contracts with ease from the back end but the contracts also look clean and professional when sent to be reviewed and signed. I also feel that our team is more united or at least in the loop with one another since we have 'real time' updates on everyone's progress throughout the month!

The software overall was a bit confusing when we first transitioned and there is still a lot that I personally need and want to explore. I really only use the software to find or update advertisers and contacts and to make contracts and I feel that after some time those have become easier to navigate.

ASG is a user friendly platform and most features are intuitive. I value the full integration from the lead/contact/contract points on the sales side to the invoice/payment/report/commission features on the accounting side. The "activity" feature that is seen and shared by all levels of the team is most valuable.

From an Accounting perspective I would like to see the ability to forecast true revenue potential- project cash in the bank on a per month basis. I would like more flexibiity with the report features as well. It would be nice to generate a report focusing on one field (any field I choose) for various time periods.

That real people are available to assist when you need help

There is so much that this program does to help businesses organize their accounts. It's a lot to learn everything it does. I am always surprised about something that I have discovered I can do.

This software is easy to use, straightforward when it comes to learning to use it and overall a pretty good tool you can use daily.
Great for creating tasks in via the main dashboard and keep on top of things...
Good for client approvals too - all can be down within this system which is fantastic and easier to manage.
The ad request tasks are sequenced so you can know where you're at in your workflow. It's great for knowing at a glance what you need to prioritise.

When creating a filter tab in your name within the ad request section (to see all the requests associated to you only), the downside is that every time you click on an ad request, when you exit it each one of them.... the system doesn't bring you back to the exact filter you have selected and rather resets to the default ad request menu.... I personally find it annoying as I need to re-adjust the filter I need to view...

Once you learn how to do the reports, they are golden. The more I learn about the program the more i love it. It is great for our needs for sales, invoicing and mass emails.

Learning to put everything into the program. I don't like that is shows the Sizes Dimensions of the ads on the
Contracts, it should show the Product Name and Size of ad like the invoices.

Ease of use for all departmental personnel

It's not clear exactly how it syncs with Quickbooks, which is key to our billing operation. Difficult to get a person on the phone for support (excellent communication via email, however).

I love that it keeps me and my team organized. We can see who we contacted and when. It's really great!

My email disconnects frequently. This is frustrating when sending emails through ASG.

Intuitive interface and visual. Great search. Lots of support. Great reporting.

Wish the CRM had a few more features like auto reminders. They do release bee features frequently so it keeps getting better.

This software is easy to use, very functional, and makes me very organized. We were trained and hit the ground running, Very easy to learn.

We had some trouble merging from our old CRM, but that is was an easy fix.
