Es erlaubt auch dem Neuling einen leichten Einstieg in das Revenuemanagement und bringt von der ersten Minute eine Ersparnis. Davor habe ich die Preise in meinem channelmanager von Hand verändert. Dies erfordert viel Zeit und erübrigt sich nach dem Einrichten von Pricelabs..
Vorteile
Man kann mit einer Anzeige anfangen und es macht Sinn. Sobald man mehr Einheiten hat gibt es auch viele Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten
Nachteile
Ich bin mit Pricelabs rundum zufrieden, es gibt nichts was ich ändern würde.

Love this Dynamic Pricing Tool

I recommend PriceLabs hands down. I've used other tools and this is the one I like the most by far.

Vorteile
It is very easy to use and connect to their support PMS or even airbnb accounts. I love their multi calendar feature and that they support multi unit setup. The other dynamic pricing tools out there, do not support this.
Also, their support is TOP NOTCH, can't say enough good things about them. They are super responsive, attentive, helpful, insightful, etc etc
Nachteile
Maybe the UI, even though it was improved recently, I think it lacks behind other players. It's not bad though

PriceLabs has made me so much more money. It intelligently prices your property to work with supply/ demand and other market forces. It has made me WAY more money than it costs and is an absolute no brainer.
Nachteile
PriceLabs has a lot of capabilities that can be complicated to learn. Still with the basics if you are just starting out.

Saves me a ton of time over manually adjusting pricing and availability. This is one of my favorite softwares for managing my vacation rentals.
Vorteile
• Pricing adjusts very well based on demand and it is obvious that prices for festival weekends, etc should be higher and the software does adjust for these events - some of which I don't even know are going on
• Allows min and max prices and has a lot of customization of pricing possible
• One of the best features is the ability to set customized availability as well as pricing. I can set a 2 night minimum for the near future but then a 30 day minimum farther out if I would rather find a longer term guest.
• Orphan day availability is great – here I can allow a 1 night stay only if it is in between other bookings and the software automates all of this where I used to have to do it manually.
• The software pushes pricing and availability to AirBnB and also to my channel manager Lodgify which is great as then Lodgify can push to VRBO and Booking.com.
• I like that I don't have to pay for a month if I don't need to sync pricing for a property (this works well when I have corporate guests staying for multiple months)
Nachteile
• Pricing is a bit higher than what I would pay on a different system I tried out but the features made it worthwhile.

Overall my experience with PriceLabs is a good one. As I grow and am onboarding new properties, it is allowing me to scale with ease and a bit of setup, but I am getting it down and in the future, I can see myself delegating this task to someone else on my team.
Vorteile
I use PriceLabs for years and I use it every day. It helps me tailor pricing for the many properties in my portfolio. I especially like the seasonal pricing feature where I can fine tune pricing per month for each of my properties.
Nachteile
Software is only as good as the user who sets it up. PriceLabs is very customizable, but it isn't perfect and doesn't know the markets as well as I do, so I find that I need to further tailor pricing for certain days more than it does as it can be off, but it helps to have a great baseline. The other biggest drawback with it, is it is complex the way I am using it, so took me over a year to learn it. I am grateful over for having the opportunity to use it.

Vorteile
The amount of data given and ease of use is incredible with PriceLabs. I can stay on top of what everyone else in my market is doing. I am able to set a plan for dynamic pricing that changes day to day depending on when people book and what the market is doing. I can capture more revenue from people booking far out as well as grab last minute bookings because I have set it up to drop my prices the closer the booking date is to the arrival date.
Nachteile
It can be a little time consuming when you first start. There is a lot to learn, but there are many helpful tutorials.

We know where we need to be to pick up rentals when the occupancy level is really low. We can maximize our revenue to make sure we are staying above the rest.
Vorteile
There is more data than you know what to do with but you can hone in what matters most to you and your market and stay one step ahead by pricing yourself where you need to be to get the days that would go vacant otherwise.Being able to see the other rentals in our area and there revenues and mirroring their pricing to maximize our profits has been a game changer.
Nachteile
There are times when you can get to a point of analysis paralysis with all the different options but if you stay practical and don't try to overthink it you can get what you really need to make a difference in your revenue.

Easy to use, sophisticated yet simple, almost entirely automated and has doubled our revenue with less wear and tear.

would be cool to be able to block check outs on major holidays on Pricelabs for both airbnb and VRBO and Hostaway. Want to give cleaners the holiday off as well as avoiding having to pay holiday pay.

As I used Pricelabs to manage more than 1000 apartments at the same time, it was very good with the possibility of grouping room types in the same price category, but the lack of other tools is very noticeable and hindered the analyzes and controls, which needed other complementary systems.
Vorteile
The possibility of creating different levels of increase or decrease in price, based on the user's free decision, is very interesting when you want to price differently for each occupancy level. Also it's nice to have possibility of grouping room types in the same price category.
Nachteile
I think the system is very simple, with no possibility of applying strategies such as minimum nights, entry and exit restrictions, discounts according to the number of guests, etc. This makes Revenue management very difficult, which needs to be complemented by other tools. Also, there are no suggestions or market research within the platform. All price optimization is based on the user's own management and choice, and we don't have historical reports or price changes, which makes it difficult to control.

However, some of the features and customisations that you mentioned as lacking, - such as minimum nights, check-in/out restrictions, and occupancy-based discounts, are features present in the product and are widely used by our customers.
We find it surprising that these features were not used or apparent, and thus a lesson for our team to make these evident during our training sessions.

As an Airbnb Host and Co-Host to a few properties (under 10) using several different platforms, I absolutely love PriceLabs. I tell everyone I know about it and encourage them to use it - whether they use my referral code or not. When I began using PriceLabs I only hosted my own suite and had no idea what price point to list at. PriceLabs has successfully allowed me to increase my nightly rate by 40-60% and I still am achieving high occupancy rates. This means PriceLabs directly increased my profit by 40-60%.

I like the ease of use the most. PriceLabs is easy to set up, easy to customize, and easy to reach a competent customer service team if you have any questions.

Honestly there is nothing I like least about this software. While some products require an advanced skillset to learn (which they have a plethora of helpful videos and instructions for), some great features I put off using while I was still new to the software as it was just too overwhelming in the beginning.
