Customer support and speed of response

Lack of metrics such as:
-patients who haven't rescheduled for each practitioner for a given timeframe
-number of initial assessments/treatments/no shows in a given date range

It is simple to learn/use, the features are excellent for massage therapists. I like that NoTerro offers a one-stop shop go charting, scheduling, invoices, reminders, uploads, insurance & payment integration. The cost is more than affordable compared with other similar sites.

Some of the upgrades don’t apply to me, or are things that I wouldn’t integrate in my practice. These are not even cons!

Easy to use. Support is very prompt and helpful. Tiered pricing is a nice option so that I'm not paying for features I'm not using.

Dashboard is a little not visually appealing and I don't use it. That's very personal though.

It's very clearly made for practitioners - not on marketing. The features are intuitive and clever, making my every day experience better than ever. I'm particularly excited about the "snapshot" feature, which shows all the current items pertaining to your client.

could be prettier, and I'd love it if there were more quick navigational keys on my keyboard (mostly "n" for next and "p" for previous).

Noterro offers many features in their lower tier than competitors.

I am not a huge fan of the calendar and it could use work, but the good features outweigh the bad. Besides, most competitors are also bad at this.

Customer service is quick! Answered all my questions as I went along.

Not connected with FB on the “book now” tab.

Everything all in one program, can be customized for different therapists, different professions, online and receptionist use, clients can set up their own log in and see past appointments etc - so end of year they can print out the history.

My only complaint is that the past program that we used, it would change the colour of a client on the schedule that has paid, makes it easy to follow in a busy day. SO you know who has paid and yet to pay, Noterro doesn't have this, they have an little icon which can be missed at a quick glance.

Ability for clients to view and schedule appointments any time of day. The self cancellation option within a specified window is nice as well.

Having to switch from entering appointments to the schedule availability modificaion setting is painful. Also, the waitlist feature needs work as it doesn't require enough detail from clients in regards to date and time needed or an expiry date. I believe the waitlist request should expire 30 days after entry.

Everything, the ease of use. The variety of options to schedule and create invoices & clients notes.

Getting use to the newest AI. Looking forward to incorporating using this into my practice.

The ease of use for the therapist and client

I can’t use any of the software off-line. I would like to be able to chart while not having Internet.

Love the scheduling, patient reminders, online booking, clinical notes and how it all integrates

The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to track my employees hours and do their payroll on it. It does absolutely everything else and is so cheap and fairly intuitive

Easy to use, good price, has the features that I need for my business, navigation intuitive, and support is very helpful

I found the direct billing feature to be clumsy and overly complicated. I chose not to have it because of this

Not sure yet, need to use it longer. I like everything so far.

It is user friendly and efficient for both staff and clients.

We would like to be able to edit clients names instead of having to cancel and start over again if the name changes.

Customer Service, help, suggestions. Also Noterro is very powerful. It does not leave me wanting anything else.

I can't learn all it's features fast enough. When I get used to the interface it changes.

It doesn't have a calendar that incorporates major holidays so I have to look and coordinate those days off

There are some extra costs associated with certain add ons but I understand given the great price.

Patients being able to book online, Admin able to find open slots for patients that call. Therapists being able to check their schedule from home

It seems every feature cost s extra. Features that are standard we do not use we still have to pay for. Somem sort of tradeoff would be nice. Also being able to set up a start date for a new therapist vs paying day you set them up would be nice alternative. As a business it is beneficial to start booking patient slots for a new hire before they start.
