Apptoto Erfahrungen

Apptoto is "required" by Mathnasium. I'm pleased that an option exists for scheduling assessments and trials. I have my own internal appointment system for existing students that works well for my needs. In absence of a scheduling system, I may use AppToto.

The only "feature" that I would like to have is for a system to externalize our internal appointments.

Staff is supportive, the full customization is great and the power the automation keeps everything at our company's fingertips

They are always improving, there is nothing.

Using voice, email, and SMS text as appointment reminders is very usefull. Also you can make your oun reminders just the way you prefer it. It is an easy to use app and it's cool to cutomize it your way.

This app is kind of expensive. If you need something for few people, it would be ok, but if you have a big company, this is not the best option for you.

how it integrates with google calendar and makes the rsvp process simple for the recipient.

Not being very tech savy with limited time it took me a long time to utilize it to the best of its capability for our needs.

The simplicity and it is easy to use. I left Apptoto but return a year later because I just couldn't beat it!

Setting up the campaigns was a bit hard but nothing I couldn't figure out.

I mainly use the appointment reminder feature. I have used apptoto for many years and it's very reliable. I will definitely stick with them for along time.

No cons that I know of. If I do have to say a con, maybe get even more cheaper? but dont think that's possible.

Everything, and especially the ability to stretch its functionality to implement various email and sms messaging drip campaigns, in addition to appointment related one online scheduling capabilities. Really impressed with interface with our CRM, which does not provide an API interface,

I love it that it can confirm appointments for my clients on the spot and sends reminders of the appointments. No more, "I didn't know" excuses.

Could improve on multi-language options - I use Spanish primarily so that would be a plus.

I've been pitched reminder systems for years, with most wanting a flat monthly fee regardless of the usage, but AppToTo's pay per reminder system is super efficient, and I'm only paying for what I am using.

A missed appointment costs us at least, but the reminders are only (less when bought in bulk). I am so far ahead on the cost, that I really couldn't justify not having it! If you are scheduling 40 appointments per month, it's a cost.

Better break points for bulk reminder purchases.

Puts appointments times right where our customers will be most likely to see them...on their phone!

Names sometimes auto load and sometimes don't.

It syncs with my Google calendar, and I can customize the messages that are sent to my customers.

It honestly does everything I expect it to.

I like the booking page feature where I can send a client my calendar and they can select a time. It makes it much easier to schedule. I find people are more responsive when they can schedule online.

There have been some glitches that were probably user error. My calendar was synced to a different calendar and it was sending the incorrect reminders.

Being able to have access to SMS, email and voice messages as reminders, in addition to being able to reschedule appointments to the instangte is a great help, is an application that does not require much effort to give it utility since it is easy to work.

It seems to me that its cost is quite high, to be useful it must be with a larger organization, where it requires a permanent reminder due to the high demand for work.

Great for text communication, a little steep learning curve on calendar reminders but worth it for the price. I did test drives for several other products and they were super expensive for a small company like mine. I much appreciate the partial integration with my matter management program, Clio, and the delay send texting.
