Nuclino unterstützt dabei das Unternehmenswissen strukturiert aufzubereiten. Wir nutzten die Software vor allem als Mitarbeiterhandbuch.

Teilweise lassen sich Texte in Nuclino nicht gut formatieren.

Dank Nuclino nutzen wir nur noch eine Plattform für unser internes Wissensmanagement. Wichtige Dokumente wie unser Mitarbeiterhandbuch oder Richtlinien zur Büroorganisation sind zentral verfügbar und für alle Mitarbeiter jederzeit abrufbar. Als Unternehmen mit einer hybriden Arbeitskultur ist dies für uns ein großer Vorteil. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der intuitiven Handhabung beim Anlegen und Verwalten neuer Projektboards.

Bis jetzt war nichts an Nuclino enttäuschend oder schwer zu verstehen.

The most standout features to me are the various ways to visualize your project structure, such as graph mode, tables, lists, or a general board. While it may seem simple, this allows me to approach the same project with whatever mindset that best fits me in a given day. I don't have to force myself to adjust to the same structure if I'm not in the headspace to deal with its format. Instead, I can look through the other options to adjust the program to me.

The only issues I've had have been with the limited functions within text editing, although the features present are extremely powerful when you need them.

One positive aspect of Nuclino that I appreciated was how easy it was to use. The interface is intuitive and simple, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. Additionally, the drag-and-drop features for adding images to documents were helpful and convenient. Overall, I found the software to be user-friendly and straightforward to integrate into my workflow.

My biggest complaint about Nuclino is the lack of transparency about its pricing structure. The fact that the Standard plan only allows for two users and any additional users require an extra fee was not made clear before I subscribed. I also found it frustrating that I did not receive the promised two-week free trial with my subscription. Another issue was the inability to make an entire workspace public and the need to make every item public individually, which was time-consuming and resulted in non-functional item links. Additionally, the absence of a messaging or chat feature within Nuclino made team communication outside of the platform necessary. Finally, the cost of the service was too high for a simple document hosting service, and the lack of additional features did not justify the price.

Convenient interface and native web experience. It's crucial.

Switching between project, access granting. Free trial not working and asks for credit card (it was written that Credit card is not required).

Nuclino is THE most accessible knowledge base / wiki-like tool. It is perfect for groups where members join and leave frequently and can't be bothered with complicated sign-up processes or be taught where the Edit-button is. Just sign up with the invitation link and start reading and writing.

There is nothing lacking about Nuclino..

We really enjoy this solution, it's very easy to use and practically works like our internal database. We are also able to link external documents for easy sharing. These features really enhance the company's real-time collaboration. Since this is an easy tool, we expend very little time training our partners.

One thing that they can improve is the formatting tools, some variety is needed to have a pleasant UX.  If the company grows and uses more space this tool suffers, we only recommended for medium or small databases.  Pricing can be expensive if you use it with large teams.

Nuclino was incredibly fast to set up, and enabled us to hit the ground running with our internal documentation. Writing up articles and, most importantly, linking them together was extremely easy and effective. Making links to nonexistent pages creates those pages for you, and the effect this has on workflow is incredible. At $5/user/month larger teams might feel the squeeze, but for small teams it's hard to beat this price and ease of use.

A cheaper tier for non-editing users would be appreciated, as some of our team interfaces with the articles in a read-only capacity.

Multi platform secure access to our documentation.

Nothing really; integration with our Dropbox platform would be useful but not critical.

Everything works like magic. It really helps to use this software.

I think we could use some group features.

I love the snappy UX/UI of Nuclino, which makes it a great tool to collect and work on your own daily tasks and todos. I've also shared pages and spaces with fellow team members, more in the capacity of knowledge management.

Due to the nature of the product, there's no "publish" step that you have with solutions like Confluence. This way you need to use the history feature to trace back changes that were made by other users.

Ease of use. Just open a window and start typing.

There is still no API

Simple but powerful; a great tool used for documentation within our business.

I’m not sure there are any; the fact it’s simple is the selling point!

The interface is incredibly intuitive and designed in such a way to help keep massive documentation easily manageable. Also, keyboard shortcuts 🤩

Not a con, but would be kind of cool to have a Kanban board feature so we could use Nuclino for most literally all our project needs.

It's super easy to create and edit content. Costumer service is super helpful, and they actually implement features suggested by users.

Analytics are very limited. Only top 10 results are given, and there are no analytics on the page level.

The product is super easy to use. I have worked in organisations where wikis have been implemented and they rarely worked because the staff were too busy to learn how to use the wiki tools. Nuclino can be up an running so quickly with minimal time to learn - it's very intuitive.

Now that our org uses it so much, we have a vast amount of knowledge and it would be good to have more sophisticate search functions to reduce the size of the results returned from text searches.

Nuclino has an extremely intuitive user interface. New users can get spooled up extraordinarily quickly and start contributing immediately. It's also extremely clean and able to accommodate varying levels of hierarchy very well.

It allows for live collaborative editing of the pages, which is a huge convenience for teams that have multiple people working on the same project. Coming from documentation tools that required checking out/checking in of the pages, this is a huge benefit.

I think the one feature that I'd love to see added is the ability to access control individual "clusters" and "items" (which are Nuclino's terms for folders and pages). A workspace itself can be access controlled and locked, but all items within a public workspace are publicly visible. For me, certain items make organizational sense to put in a public workspace, but they're not things I'd like to share publicly with my organization.
