The implementation was seamless and the staff at ELMO go over and above to ensure you get the most out of the system. We have gained the most benefits out of the Onboarding, Learning & Performance modules.

Some limitations in the rostering software but ELMO are very proactive in continuously developing and improving the software

Visually ELMO is easy to navigate and logical to use. Suits us for performance reviews and new starters.

Reporting. We would like to be able to get learning hours in a report that is "good looking" not having to download a csv file only to then have to filter, sort and "make pretty" for use. This is important to us because learning hour are required for Nurses to keep their qualifications and certifications.
Also, most of the help received by ELMO System Experts could do with some improvement. They don't seem to understand the needs of the client/customer when working with them to come up with solutions.

Very easy to use and straight forward product. I can see this will be an easy transition.

I don't think I have been using the softward long enough to give a true indication of what I liked least. TBA.

User friendly software and could easily understand the modules

Long modules, hopefully they could make the modules brief and short

following progress and getting inform when certs need renewing or updating

sometimes we get assignments sent to email box with over 20 to complete. be nice if this could be organised a little better.

it was a trial, waiting to review the actual main software when set up

it's learning module and performance module are very easy to set up and use. I have continuously received good feedback on those 2 modules.

Currently it hasn't got the remuneration module which we really need. if they can realise a good remuneration module soon it will be very helpful.

I liked everything. I think they have a simple and intuitive development, I really like working with this software

Its a ready reckoner to learn the topics of my interest and work

There can be more audio and video stuff to learn and fully understand the topic

Overall appearance is good. Ease of use is good as well.

It's straightforward and the support available makes up for any uncertainty or challenges I have experienced.

The contracts module, if not purchasing the recruitment module, is quite clunky and unclear. There is very limited access to training material on it; luckily my implementation consultant is brilliant.

Interface looks a bit outdated and a bit old

being able to see things such as forecasted leave helps an employee to work out when they can take leave etc.
being able to share recognition with peers and for the company to see it also is great.

perhaps the forecasted leave could be on the home page of the leave? just sometimes a little annoying to go through different pages to find out?

The pleasant UI and the way the system has been implemented for staff is well thought out and easy to navigate.

Nothing springs to mind unless you include the "user to keyboard interface". You know, the one who always forgets his password.
Whilst it is very simple to reset, i'm running out of passwords.

Lack of user friendly editing options e.g. Having to delete an option because you can not edit a field.
