> **Vorteile**: Once you understand the structure of the application, like the epics, stories, and iterations, it becomes very easy to navigate. The collaboration with team members and tracking of features or bugs makes it very valuable for our dev and product teams\!

> **Nachteile**: You do get a lot of email notifications when you are mentioned or anything related to you is updated, it would be nice to combine these notifications into one email every couple of hours or so.

> **Nachteile**: Backlog management is almost non-existent. There's no good issue filtering. Prioritization isn't a first class concept either. Epics can't be linked via dependencies for larger roadmap planning. This puts the primary focus on the team and people instead of the project, which is critical for any useful issue/bug tracker.

> I really don't like it. It's trying to be something in between original trello and more feature rich issue trackers, and fails to provide a better experience than either.
