> **Vorteile**: There are five things I like most about Trainual. Centralized knowledge hub, structured onboarding, role-based assignments, searchable \& easy to update, and accountability \& tracking.

> My experience with Trainual has been largely positive. It’s made a huge difference in how we onboard, train, and maintain consistency across departments. Having one centralized platform to document our processes and create role-specific training paths has helped reduce confusion, save time, and boost accountability—especially as we grow.

That said, there are a few frustrations. The Content page gets cluttered quickly, and I wish there were folders or a better way to organize content by department (e.g., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical). Some tools—like the quiz features and permissions settings—feel a little basic or unintuitive. But overall, the benefits outweigh the limitations, and Trainual has helped us move away from outdated or scattered training methods.

It’s not a magic bullet, but it’s a solid, scalable solution that’s helped us professionalize and standardize how we train our team.
