initially, I found difficulty getting used to it, tutorials for how to use it should be made available. once got used, it is the most favorable software.

Easy white label integration for non-tech users, super flexible, has very easy to use drag and drop tools, so you dont need to get IT involved in building your IOT solution. They also have built in Machine learning models, so no need for a data science team to do smart stuff

Would be great if they had more videos to explain how to use
