Customer support has been fantastic so far. My rep, [sensitive content hidden] was very organized & helpful.

Nothing so far but as I dig into it more I might have some objections.

CRM, contact management, calender, emailing

Took away email from TP8, many TP* featurws not available in tpx, have to use both systems. Lousy way to have a program

The fact that I can get help anytime and the agent is really knowledgeable

It is only my inability to learn about all the extra features it offers

For as long as I have been using it, it functions and helps me maintain my clients. I am growing each time I use it and learning more about the functions it has to help me grow my business

I wish you could change the contact status of multiple clients at the same time instead of 1 by 1.

Although there are a few issues with how we use it, it works well and serves it;s purpose. The customer service is top notch. Always get personalized help and issues solved speedingly

X won't let me do big enough mass mailer. Sometimes contact types go missing...client still there but contact types disappear. The main search only pulls up primary last name whereas advanced search will pull up secondary last anme. Minor issues we work around

The ease to find clients in my data base, update it, notes!

It is almost too much to utilize for my needs.

It kept me organized and updated for daily work

I have been using Top Producer for over 30 years. What first attracted me was the fact this was one of the only products designed for real estate use. I have looked at other products that claim to be better but all have fallen short.

The newest version of Top Producer is missing so much functionality that it made me start looking at other alternatives. Please review older versions of TP and learn. Development team should really listen to us long time users more!

I like that all my contacts and their information are in one place! I can add tasks to each client. Also, love the calendar inside Top Producer. I use it daily.

I would like to see the calendar inside top producer allow me to color coordinate tasks such as prospecting (green color); closings (blue color), etc.

That you do not support an email system. It use to be seamless

Contact database- critical to have one phone and see notes, etc..

Never learned all the uses- my fault that his did not happen

I enjoyed using Top Producer as a team leader. I was able to distribute leads to team members & could see their notes with the client.

It's not really a "con", but Top Producer has SO MUCH content (emails, drip campaigns, etc) baked in to the software, that it can seem overwhelming to an agent (especially a NEW agent).

How easy it is to use and all the options it gave you to support your business.

Nothing I liked it all. There was nothing I would change as it was perfect for what I needed.

I could access from any source. It was easy and convenient

My market area didn't support all available features

I liked the possibility of all of the features available.

It took a long time to upgrade the product, and when it finally happened many of the features were no longer available. When I would call on them I'd be told they were either working on them or that I should put in a request to have them work on them. It took a long time to get TP to integrate with my MLS, and when they finally did it was wiped out with the switch to TPX and the answer that they were working on restoring it. That never happened.

Easy to save information, contacts, etc.

No cons I can think of, system works fine.

Novice and/or non-techie when it comes to building a website. No worries! If you can fill out a form online, you can create a beautiful, customized real estate website with Top Producer. Befuddled by the tech issues that can pop up, like getting a domain name or a SSL certificate? Luckily, the patient and skilled Top Producer support team has your back. Rapid response to chat questions and senior tech support will call you if need be when something is really vexingl Great experience overall!

Not really a con, but know that you still have to do your own copy writing, image selection/cropping/formatting, and SEO keyword strategy.

I've owned Top Producer for a few decades and stopped using it probably a decade ago due to constant errors, not being able to manipulate information to make it my own and constant email issues.

Easy and Clear one screen where to manage my Database

Constant problems with my email integration validation; and, not accepting a secondary email address in conjuction with my primary email address.

Efficient contact management database and CRM provider.

I really have no criticism of the product and would not hesitate to recommend it to those needing CRM solutions.

Ease of adding contacts and keep track of calls, interactions, appointments, etc

Sometimes its not very user friendly to download contacts to an Excel spreadsheet (it will download duplicates)
