Overall it’s been a great experience. Like any new process theres been a few bumps in the road, but the Goodshuffle team has an extremely fast response time to random questions, training needs for new employees, or pretty much anything else. As well as some fun gifs along the way.

Vorteile

Super low impact training to get everyone up to speed and not time intensive to get set up. This completely revolutionized our inventory management and tracking internally while also giving us a better tool for client contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking that allows full visibility to the entire team.
Clients have been better about signing contracts faster and paying bills on time thanks to online signing and payment tools, and Regular digital Payment reminders.

Nachteile

Overal very happy with the product. There’s definitely some functionality we want to see added in the coming months to help with efficiency of communication between departments (Säles/warehouse/production) however we’ve been happy with how the development team has taken feedback and used it for long and short term improvements throughout the last year and half we’ve been using GoodShufflePro.

The mere function of booking event orders is fully solved through Goodshuffle pro through the online booking process. It is easy to use and looks great too!

Vorteile

We love Goodshuffle Pro for many reasons, but some of the most important reasons are due to the ease of creating custom proposals for our clients in an efficient way that doesn't waste time but is thorough enough to build trust with our clients. Goodshuffle Pro makes Render look incredible through its website integration that makes our website look professional, proficient, and functional while looking great!

Nachteile

While Goodshuffle Pro has incredible features in the inventory management, ease of booking, and integrations, it is missing critical parts of the operations side of the business in a day to day basis. The cost of doing business and getting the inventory to the venues and what vehicles and what people to take it are all critical pieces missing to the full circle event management.

They have nice people working for them albeit stuck inside the box unable to see what is truly needed in a rental software for any company larger than 2-5 people. We started with them not long after they came into existence and they were adding new features and functions pretty well; unfortunately they have gone down the wrong paths and completely ignored the more critical aspects of any good rental software. They find “work arounds” and not real solutions. They “outsource” many basic everyday functions to outside software solutions that are limited and not built for rental which takes a ton of time to “work around” and in the end is a terrible “solution” anyway. Like a lot of businesses wanting to be a player in their respective industries they just don’t fundamentally understand what the industry and customer really needs. They will never achieve greatness because of these major issues.

I wanted to believe in these guys. They seemed to be “up and coming” but alas they fizzled out. Sure they are making improvements to their system, but who cares about patching pot holes in the parking lot and a fresh coat of paint outside when the roof is collapsing inside the store, the shelves are bare, and trash everywhere. Currently suffering through until we can settle on a better solution.

It has a decent interface, looks good, not difficult to use.

Nachteile

Built for really small operations of 1-3 people. DJ’s, small businesses that do not have more than one event or delivery operation per day. Logistics is a major failure. So in that regards it is good on the sales end but absolutely terrible on the implementation side of the work that needs to be done. Nearly zero ability to run reports or comparisons of financials. They have canned date ranges that you have to use…no custom date ranges.

My experience with Goodshuffle has been outstanding and not only do they help you get started but are there for you every step of the way. This company wants to see small businesses grow and they give you as much support as possible to do so.

Vorteile

Goodshuffle Pro is very intuitive and easy to use and functions as an inventory management and CRM system, accounting and banking platform and a team and project management resource. In my opinion it is one of the best and most highly integrated softwares for the event rental industry. Terrific customer service from the moment you start your trial to full integration.

Nothing...I like everything about Goodshuffle Pro.

Overall ive been with GSP for about 5 years now and they always come through with whatever I need from them.

Vorteile

the thing is the world is all cloud-based, and they've done just that. as long as I have a date or wifi I can work anywhere. A lot of the competition is server-based and really useless for the way the world is today. Goodshuffle Allows you do everything you need as a rental company software-wise.

there could be a App that helps with cell phone or tablet use for the service

Goodshuffles support is second to none. The opportunity to hit the ground running with minimum inventory entry was also very helpful.

Nachteile

Export functionality and reporting options/flexibility would be valuable. A detailed forecasting and conflict tool would also be fantastic and improve scalability.

Very easy to use. Integrates inventory into proposals. Easily integrates inventory into website ordering platform. multiple tiers of access for different levels of employees. Integrates with quickbooks and google to help with taxes and communication of schedules. Online contract signing and payment options by clicking on the proposals makes it easy for the clients to sign and pay on their own time.

Processes have been streamlined and team has more access to information now than ever before. Backoffice team can easily find client accounts, history of emails and payments without bothering the sales team (unless something wasnt added to the system, of course). Our communication with clients has also been streamlined resulting in a much smoother process both internally and externally for collecting payments and signatures on contracts

User friendly, available on tablets and smartphones, clean contracts with seamless transition to clients for signing and payment, dashboard easily tracks monies owed and quick access to recording payments, customer service and the teams willingness to answer questions is impeccable, searchable articles addressing commonly asked questions

Nachteile

Unable to customize the contractual terms such as deposit schedule and read only access fees for a small, start up are a bit high. The cost makes sense if you have more unlimited users, but a company under 10 people, it's a large fee when you add in the user and limited users already on the account. Would also love an integration option with outlook or a better option for sending emails to clients (with multiple template options or customizable template options per user)

TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Love it so far! Still working through the transition phase from our old system but really appreciate the customer service and software so far!

Vorteile

I absolutely love the fact they're combined the power of a CRM and rental inventory system in one. They interface is super easy to use and allows you to track the entire selling cycle from start to finish. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! I hope they never scale back in this particular area as they grow because it's critical in the event world to be quick to respond. It's so nice knowing that we have their support should should something goes wrong during the invoicing process. They are roughing $50 more expensive than our current program but it's worth every penny.

Nachteile

Only three things I'm not in love with regarding the software.
1. There's a few features I wish were possible like modifying email templates or the email client view. However, these are all small details that may uniquely important to us, since we have such aesthetic driven customer. I will say Goodshuffle encourages feedback so it's nice to be able to share these recommendations to them!

2. Another feature I'd love for them to integrate within the platform is ROI tracking. They do walk through how to measure this but it requires you to do a somewhat manual data pull and sort it out via Excel.

3. I wish we had the option to remove the address entirely off the invoice. This can open security and privacy issues for at home based business like ours.

We are getting more organized as every staff member is able to log into there user and see what is going on in real time. The inventory with having pictures and the ability the add where they are located and even if buffer... so much just cant put it all in.

We had lost our cloud based system which we were using. It was very similar to the system but they sold the company but not the system. So we were in a pickle with no other systems fitting us an event decor and design service.
When we found this, after months of frustration trying the different systems out there that did not have the abilities we needed and the ease of use, it was such a breath of fresh air finding something similar to what we had only 10x better.
We have had great and timely support and training. We feel like the folks at Goodshuffle are as our a support staff cheering us on toward a more organized, professional and profitable business!
We have thoroughly enjoyed the Goodshuffle staff and we are impressed with their positive outlook! They have been a great help to us with building our business!
There are so many great tools in the system to keep our whole team on track and kept in the loop in real time without having to go run someone down to ask them. This system has brought our company up to the next level and with the Wishlist Integration... we are about to soar!

Nachteile

There are only a few things, off the top of my head, that I would like to have in the system.
1. To be able to create as many email templates as I would like. This would save time with follow ups through the system along with other repetitive emails.
2. Would love to have a mass update with the ability to add pictures in the mas update as well.
3. Would love when creating a project and adding inventory items or packages, to be able to remove or to add additional pictures.

Where other programs we have tried feel clunky, Goodshuffle Pro just works. For folks in the event industry, this program really does seem to have every detail thought through and then some! Absolutely thrilled that we decided to partner with Goodshuffle Pro and excited to run our business more easily and efficiently because of it!

Vorteile

Intuitive software, top notch customer service, competitive pricing. Almost every question I have with the software is easily answered. If there are certain features that do not work exactly as I anticipated, the customer service reps work with us to find an alternate solution. It is so satisfying to build out our inventory in the program and organize everything digitally for the first time. Absolutely love the ability to add multiple images to each line item that a client can click through.

Nachteile

We would love to build out packages to automate some things, but don't like the fact that the the pricing of the sub-items is not visible on the client side. For us, it's helpful to have this itemized pricing so that clients can see how we are getting to the lump sum of the package.

Overall Goodshuffle has been an improvement over our last system - the ease of use and intuitive functionality and interface has been great. I think they can build upon the platform by continuing to roll out new features and I see that happening a lot which is great. The customer support and help has been quick and awesome. We are overall very pleased with Goodshuffle Pro.

Vorteile

What we like most about the software is the ease of use for our customers - the digital signatures and payment portal. Overall it's user friendly for both sales staff and customers. The customer support is amazing!

Nachteile

I wish there were several more email templates - there really is only one template that comes up for sending orders and quotes and could be about 15 different options and notifications that get sent to the client for various milestones, etc.

The customer service is excellent. We can now have more than one person do quotes. All of our inventory with pictures is in one place. No more searching folders for pictures to put on quotes. No more separate quotes for rentals and flowers.

I can't say enough about this software. We are a floral and event rental company. We are able to keep up with all our rentals. No more missed inventory, or over booked items. Anyone in our office can easily and effectively put a quote together and send it off. Quicker proposal means faster bookings!! It has been such a time saver. We can even put our florals on the same proposal which was a game changer. The customer service is really amazing! I decided to try it out late at night and while working I got messages for help and guidance. I really appreciate their quick responses and help!

No Cons with this software. I am very satisfied.

We love it. Mainly because it tracks our inventory and makes that process so much easier. The quotes are easy to make and it has great interface with the client. All around, works great for our business.

Vorteile

It's easy to use. If and when I see anything that I would like to change, they are great at taking suggestions and implementing them. It's a constantly evolving software which is great!

Nachteile

Some of the features are a little too involved for our small business. When we get bigger we might need them.

The onboarding process and continuing education with the GS Pro team is truly awesome. They are so fast and helpful. They have answers and solutions for everything. It was very easy to transfer past client data and get started with the new software. We had little to no downtime in the transition.

Vorteile

We love the ease of creating custom quotes and the look of them. The portal makes it so easy to communicate with clients and make adjustments in real time. Plus it so easy for them to make payments and auto-pay. Huge time saver! The program is so easy to use and the support team is AMAZING!

Nachteile

We would like more customizability of auto emails and templates for emails to clients.

The most impactful things about goodshuffle is that it puts everything in one place and is super easy to navigate.

Nachteile

I wish it had a little bit better workflow section and I wish I can choose a different credit card company. not a fan of strip, slow to get deposited.

I've been working directly with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at GoodShuffle Pro for a couple weeks during the COVID-19 crisis and we are working to build our Wishlist on the our website. He has been incredibly helpful and available for questions/comments/suggestions. All the customer service at Goodshuffle is really great, they are responsive and always willing to hear suggestions. This could based system has also allowed us to work remotely during the COVID-19 crisis which is an amazing benefit. Allowing people to work remotely and access the system whether it be from home or on the site of the event, that is a great feature.

Vorteile

I think one of the things that makes Goodshuffle Pro great is how user-friendly it is. Change is difficult, but it is imperative in order to provide the best service to our clients. Shifting from a hard-drive system to this cloud-based system has allowed us to improve our standards, readjust our inventory that needed to be updated, and organize our products in a better way. Switching programs seemed like a daunting task, but with the help of Goodshuffle Pro's user-friendly features and the amazing customer service, it was a breeze.

Nachteile

I think there are a lot of features that can be used and it may be a bit overwhelming at first just because there are SO many awesome things you should implement. But if you take it day by day and week by week, you can start with the basics and take full advantage of the program as you become comfortable.

We have had a pretty good experience so far. The support team is super responsive and tries hard to get the answers and takes our feedback as well. I have some experience in this software arena and even developed our own in house product that is similar but never reached the polished levels of Goodshuffle. The product has great potential and we hope it continues to improve and become the best tool available in the space!

Vorteile

I like most the way it uses Google to shortcut information entry and eliminate errors from emp l oyees entering this data.

Nachteile

Some aspects of the Dashboard and how sorting is controlled. This could be improved for the larger companies like mine running multiple logistic crew per weekend or day.

Vorteile

GoodShuffle Pro really helps to streamline multiple business functions. The tutorials and access to customer service has been amazing.

Nachteile

There is nothing major, it would be nice if we wanted to discount a product, we had the option to lower the price no not apply a percentage discount and still have the system recognize it as a discount. I also would like it if there was a feature to check a box to tell the system not to charge additional deposit if a client adds a product after booking. I don't like to charge them an additional 30% deposit for the addition of a $10 table. Right now, when this happens, I have to update the deposit terms to a flat fee matching their original deposit.

Very easy to use.

Nachteile

Goodshuffle partners with strike to collect payments. When a pay out is made to your bank, it only shows you the invoice #. Wish It would show you the client / project name associated with the payout notification.

After meeting the staff last year at the ARA , my first impression was I was impressed because I already was a customer , however the difference with this company as important as growth is , they ensure existing customers are content and happy! In my 25 years of purchasing sales software it’s easy to be the most important person before you buy, however with good shuffle I can honestly say your just as important as a customer!!

Nachteile

At the current time - I don’t have a negative thing to say, once I need the software to help me outside of its capabilities- I call and they either customize the software or they show me an alternative

We have been searching a long time for a CRM that would meet all of our needs. It has been painful trying other CRMs that would ultimately fail. We have been with Goodshuffle for over a year, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. No regrets!

Vorteile

We did several demos when selecting a new CRM. And because of cost, we chose a different product first. It was a nightmare! Within 4 months, we were approaching Goodshuffle and are so thankful we came to them. Their implementation support is the best! They have an onboarding process to make sure you don't miss any important features. And, their ongoing support is F****** AMAZING. They are rockstars.

Nachteile

Maybe a wish for the future would be automated booking, rather than having to confirm with clients.

Vorteile

Goodshuffle Pro is well designed and easy to use. Integration with our website is great and all client facing interactions/messages look amazing. Their customer service is next level as well. Someone is always willing to help if you have questions or run into an issue very promptly.

Nachteile

While Goodshuffle Pro seems to be growing they are still missing many key features other rental software already has. They do take feature suggestions though.
