The ease with which it allows my to deploy my work as well as collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure material for meetings are easily accessible.

The learning curve for new members could be a bit steep but our company has done a great job of developing learning tools as well as leveraging the e-learnings available on Boardvantage to flatten that curve.

The ease of which it is to use from an administrator standpoint is very important, as well as on the user end. Sending out documents is a breeze.

The survey function could be improved since you can't add it to the briefcase or new items.

Far superior to paper board books. Like that I can open on either computer or iPad.

Even though I repeatedly say no security questions every time I open it I get security questions and sometimes it rejects my answers even though they are correct.
Can be a bit clunky in moving between inbox items

Ability to have meeting agenda and materials easily accessible.

I have not found anything that I don’t like about the software.

Allowed consistent access to everything

Emails are difficult to manage and delete in quantity.

Support provided is always accurate and helpful.

Nasdaq/Boardvantage is the best way to keep your Board materials organized, easy to search and all in one place. I am so glad the days of sending board materials overnight and then slip-sheeting updated documents on meeting days is over!

As a keyboard person, I wish hitting the "Enter" key were an option (rather than having to grab mouse to click on "Submit" button).

The software is very easy to use for me (I'm nearly Gen-Z) and for the older generations we have accessing our files in BoardVantage.

There really isn't anything I dislike about the software, other than the ability for members to access multiple accounts from one account. We have Board members who are members of other Boards using BV, and they sometimes have trouble switching from one account to the other quickly. It would be convenient if they could access both accounts within one.

Several features make it very practical: Ability to structure folders easily, send emails in the software, link to corporate email, change permissions by document, etc.

Can be glitchy sometimes in certain browsers

All of my boards all use Nasdaq Boardvantage, so once I learned it, it was easy to translate to the other companies

Not all of my boards are on the same version, which sometimes makes Access tricky. For example, there is an issue with continued access using Safari.

I like the post it notes, highlighting, feature. Relatively easy to use. Customer service representatives are very helpful.

I dislike the following things:
(1) The sync function is slow. It is unwieldy and slow. It is hard to eliminate prior (older) documents from syncing each time into the briefcase.
(2) I don’t find the website particularly attractive.
(3) I think a user manual would be helpful so I don’t have to keep calling the NASDAQ BoardVantage customer service respresentatives.

The software is easy to use. The tutorial at the onset was very helpful and within minutes I was able to use the portal efficiently.

The annotation function takes some getting used to. You need to close it after each edit or you find yourself scribbling on the page when you just want to change pages

Great support team. Training was good too.

buttons need to be larger and more prominent

The ease of editing and updating board books. I love that small changes don't equate to a large amount of time and work. This is also great for living documents that change often.

You can't attach documents to emails that are not uploaded in Boardvantage. This is frustrating for those who do not have editing permissions.

Good way of sharing documents with the Board and also lets them add notes/comments when they review the documents.

We have had some teething problems and think we made the initial set up too complicated. Some of the navigation can be a bit clunky at times.

The deletion of annotations is permanent even in tracking.

There is a lot great functionality on the software in one particular place. It also allows me to retract to documents that we have previously done and it's mobile. It's also very secure.

It would be great to co-incide with Zoom meetings without having the users to look at two screens at once.

I like the feature of seeing the bios of each applicant on line with easy to access hyperlinks to areas of concern flagged by staff members.
The other feature is one can view the material off line at time of virtual team meeting when there is limited to no internet access
And the third feature i like a lot is the 24/7 live access - was very surprised to learn this actually exists at 0200h in the Pacific Time Zone

Navigation back to original spot within the software is a bit clunky - requires a few more clicks than I anticipated- could be a bit more intuitive if the links are automatically opened up in separate tabs/window

So easy to use. Reliable too. Great features. Well thought out.

Compared to competition...nothing! All great features.

Ease of usage. Convenient for last-minute updates and traveling. Environmental friendly and easy retrieval.

The initial registration is a bit complicated.
