The ability to store documents related to an individual policy is very important for our agency. We have a number of clients that have multiple properties and other solutions did not allow this feature. We can also "tag" each policy with its address and simply hover over the record to see which property the policy relates to. I also have to mention the ACORD forms are spectacular.

New and renewal commissions reports are not available unless the underwriting company is downloading comp through IVANS. There is a work around with manual calculations but an automatic process would be better. However, my understanding is that this is in process and may be resolved in the next few months.

Not much at this time and I was not in on buying the producte

The lack of on hands training done by the company as all is on computer and no hands on and the one sent to do it had to refer to the book all the time

Real time and I love the fact that the notes stay in the system for others to see. Working remote makes this very important.

This is not applicable. From time to time, we may have a minor issue, but the team clears it ASAP

I really don't have anything negative to say about Jenesis

I like how user friendly it is. It is easy to navigate.

I don't like updates, it can throw me off when I'm in the zone.

I like how each agent can customise their dashboard to meet their needs. It is so nice to have everything in 1 place, easy access to all of your clients info.

My only con so far has been the ease of access to docusign.

It is simple to use yet very efficient!

Sometimes the downloads can be a little bit wonky

Jenesis keeps all of the customers organized and is easy to use.

Occasionally, errors come up with macros, but it seems to be less and less with each update.

I find that the dashboard is easy to navigate and also that each process has been simplified

The only item I'd like to see is a widget on the dashboard that shows total policy volume in premium dollars and have it categorized by policy type.

This program gives us everything we could possibly ask for in a customer management database. There are some features I've never even used. We can search multiple ways to find a customer. You can view or create any report you'd ever need.

Having the option to resize the fonts would be great. I could shrink the footprint of the window.

Easy, streamlined and functional office for our smaller business. It saves us time and LOTS of frustration.

I wish that options we do not use were able to be saved away vs having on our screen.

I decided on and keep Jenesis because of the ease of use.

There is not anything in particular that I don't like about Jenesis but there are some features I choose not to use at this time.

I love that I am able to scan all important documents and categorize them for each insured, and the fact that I can create suspenses to help keep track with important to do's

Awesome system to help keep work flow and office in order. My clients love the text/emails for their birthdays and the reminders for their policies.

I would like to have more companies compatible with the system, especially life/health and commercial

i love that the customers are easy to find all the information is clear so you can see and not all bunched up

it glitches fro time to time and will not pull up a customer that I know is in the system. I have found that if you log out and then back in it usually fixes the issue.

The software is easy to use and it has everything we need to help our customers daily

I do not find it hard to use at all, straight forward.

The convenience of seeing who you have previously worked with

Sometimes Images are slow to load or cant print from but not a huge concern

I love how easy it is to learn to use it, as well as how efficiently I can do my job using all of their features! It makes my job a lot easier.

I don’t have any issues as of now, anytime I have a problem their tech team is very quick to fix it
