We have had wonderful support for any questions or issues we've had, and I have been amazed at how quickly they responded. They have been able to customize our forms to fit us- exactly how we wanted, and have been very responsive to any further modifications we needed. The software was very easy to implement, which was important because we have a volunteer base to help with treatments, and the therapists \& students needed to learn quickly. We've had little to no issues with learning the system, even with those individuals who are not very tech savvy.
