I was having some issues withy double schedule from two business. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was able to decide if this need to be exposited. She was happy and knowledgeable.

I wish the emails were more customizable.

Much more smooth intake, booking, SOAP notes, rebooking. All of these features are 100% better than the experience I had with Vagaro.

The marketing fee I learned of today when a client finds you through the database. It is a small price to pay when it comes to getting clientele in the door.

I like that there is always a way to connect with someone who can send my links to the problems i sometimes have. I regret having left MB in the past. Most of the others sites I've come across are horrible for massage therapist. I like the video tutorials.

I would like better options with some of the intake forms. Such as: removing the year for the DOB. Not everyone wants to add the year they where born. Month and date is sufficient. Also I recently wanted to Choose the number of 90 minute sessions allowed within a day.It says that I can have that option but I did not see a way to implement that option on my schedule.

Ease of use, cost vs value and customer service excellence.

Some options that would make the experience better for users, such as insuring records access being open (medical charting) only to the provider.

Their support team is the best in the ANY industry!

Currently, you can not adjust how the memberships are displayed for your customers on the platform... it's displayed in the chronological order of when they were made. I would have to totally delete them all and then repost them in the order that I want them displayed. I hope this issue is resolved soon to help best display the memberships that are more popular at the top of the page.

They are always willing to adapt & add better & convenient features to their program for our benefit, not the company. They have always been helpful.

Good people, reliable service. They always get back to me quickly and resolve any issues I have.

The problem is less them than Square. Square took a cut based off of the 100% price when I only took a 20% booking fee.

I joined MassageBook years ago, only hoping for a platform that would make my life easier. I got far more than that. My clients love the ease in scheduling. They appreciate the reminders and special announcements.

I appreciate your forethought. Your seasonal and special day templates make my life easier. The MassageBook Manager gives step by step instructions for my “what about this” questions. AND your support staff is immediate in responding to email queries.

Promotional offers with online booking allow you to track who actually engages with marketing materials

Calendar sync is slower than most so clients are able to book times that conflict with personal calendar events other programs sync almost instantly with my Google calendar

Very user friendly, clients love it too due to the ease of booking online. Customer service is top notch. When running a small business the back up system support is very important to me. The turn around time for any issues I’ve had (which have been extremely minimal in 4 years) is quick.

I would like the app to display more information on a quick glance.

MassageBook is user friendly and whenever I have a question or concern their support staff are able to help me right away. I have been using their software for 9 years.

It’s frustrating that it closes so quickly if unattended for a couple of. Minutes when trying to input a note but I believe this is due to HIPA regulations

Massagebook offers great value for money and the team are always at hand to answer all of our questions. They never went more than 24hrs to get back to us. They are a growing company which means they welcome and receive feedback and work towards refining their product. We have great experiences with every one of their staff and continue to work together to optimize the experience further.

We have been unable to connect Massagebook with other payment processing companies in order to save on card fees and although they have a feature that can cut the cost on this, it doesn't make sense across the board. We would love to be able to see more reports such as pre-paid fees.

It was nice to keep track of clients liked the color coded if multiple people on it

It was always glitching and a bit harder to set up, the soap notes were not great. Only one reminder
