I also love that the design is modern and simple. > > **Nachteile**: For a while, the desktop app was VERY buggy. Update notifications would be pushed but the actual update would never happen. They have chat support right within the app, so it was nice to reach out and actually be heard, but it still did not resolve my problem for over a month until someone figured out that the only way to overcome that was to do a full re-install. Not \*that\* big of a deal since the data is cloud-based, but still was not a great experience out of the box. Things have been more consistent since that incident, although it is still lacking some features that I would love to see. When you are busy, I've found it's very difficult to train yourself to remember to flip it. This results in very inaccurate tracking that I have to later correct which for my purposes, is more hassle than it's worth. I could see additional reminders in the software, perhaps on 15 minutes, and on the hardware itself - make it blink etc - helping to train the user to utilize it. > > As stated, the biggest issues I have is with forcing myself to use it and to remember to do so. Battery change process was a bit cumbersome for modern electronics. Instead this should be rechargeable. I don't see much reason that a small LiIon battery isn't in this, and that the dock doesn't recharge it, either with spring pins or wireless charging. this would be well worth any added cost to the product. I would THINK I had turned it off, would see the light go off, and put it in my bag, but when I arrived home hours later and opened the computer, I would find that the software had been timing for HOURS even after I thought it was off. In future designs, perhaps it would be better to have a SWITCH (in which it's clear when device is off) instead of a button. ALSO, there is no option to turn off military time. We don't tend to use that here in the US.
