Das Baukastensystem ist wirklich gut ausgestattet um eine eigene Webseite zu erstellen. Alle Änderungen werden gleich übernommen und gespeichert. Damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein strukturierter Aufbau war gut zu erkennen (roter Faden). Wirklich richtig gut!

Ja als die Webseite fertig gestellt war und veröffentlicht werden sollte, musste noch die Domain übertragen werden. Wir haben uns sogleich mit unseren ursprünglichen Provider in Verbindung gesetzt. Von dort haben wir alles bekommen. Sie waren auch telefonisch erreichbar. Jetzt wollten wir zu Site123 wechseln mit unserer vorhandenen Domain. Es gab aber keine richtige Hilfe dafür. Telefonisch war keiner erreichbar. Der vorhandene Chat sprach nur englisch. Das wussten wir zunächst gar nicht. Dann wurde uns per Mail mitgeteilt, dass sie nur mit englisch sprechen können. Dan stellten wir eine Frage auf englisch. Dann bekamen wir eine Antwort, die wir nicht verstanden. Es waren nur Fachbegriffe, die wir noch nie gehört haben. Das ist ein Service an den man noch arbeiten muss. Bis jetzt wissen wir immer noch nicht ob die Domainübertragung funktioniert hat, oder etwas fehlt. Es kam zwar eine Mail, die aber nur den Hinweis enthielt, das es in Bearbeitung wäre. Ob etwas fehlt oder es Probleme mit irgendetwas gibt kann man nicht sagen, da hierfür keine Info gesendet wurde. Das ist natürlich schon sehr wichtig wenn man online erkennbar sein muss, gerade für Unternehmen. Gesetzliche Vorschriften wie das Impressum muss man sich aus dem Internet beschaffen und einfügen. Da war keine Vorlage vorhanden. Wenn man es weiß sicher kein Problem. Aber man muss es wissen!

I have 2 websites (professional and personal ones), both of them paid, and I think it's super quick to use and build the website, while the visual result is super good and looks quite modern.
In addition, the customer support is super fast, probably their best part.

The same thing that makes it great, which is the huge amount of templates, it's also its main problem. If you wanna do something that is not in those templates, you simply can't. It's not a big issue, but annoying sometimes for basic functionalities that they don't have (e.g. justified alignment in the text...)

Back office is quite easy to navigate and all features easy to change - until something goes wrong

Integration to be able to sell products. I have suffered from glitches in both inventory management (over sold tickets to a workshop which became a disaster, but more frustratingly over TWO different providers my customers have been unable to purchase items and tickets due to errors accepting payment

The overall quality of the site is very good. I'm impressed

Templates are beautiful but we need more options

It's easiness in practical applicability terms.Almost entire absence of any financial burden, that is important ✌ to socially- vulnerable population groups representatives.p.s. according to Russian law, I have a third group of disability

Any standardized " imposal(s)" of the rules and requirements...

I haven't been able to to use it yet I thought I published it but it still needs to be varified.

I was so pleased to see how easy it was to create my site with site123. Editing was simple and publishing a breeze. The help section is amazingly good.

I found transferring my domain from my old hosts to Site123 a pain to be honest and having to pay upfront for the hosting package was a pain. A monthly payment would be a better option.

It is easy to use. templates are a great help. online help is excellent.

Being a church that likes to put the service on the website 100mb just is not enough and compression detreats from the video.Could do with more templates for religious organizations and not just shopping.

The quality the feel and design IS AMAIZING

but I still think you should bring more tamplate because everything is the same and there is not much munipulation you can do make it and move it around as yyou please everthing is standard but its so expensive I suggest there should be reseller accounts if there was I think you could attract more clients because I literaly just ad 6% extra for profit to just lay it out and design

Building a site for a small business is always demanding and not on the top of priorities for us managers. But nowadays you don`t have much of a choice if you want to look and be professional. That`s why you need a web builder with friendly interface, 2-minute respond online support 24/7, competitive price options when you upgrade your plan, which is always necessary and easy setting up hosting and domain. That`s why I chose site123, instead of their 3-main competitors.

At first glance I do not see a lot of free plugins, and some of the ones available are old dated. Of course using custom code is always best and till now it integrates to my project with no problems and crashes. For Ex. I need comparison picture slider which I will get from 3-th party, it would be great if such is integrated in the plugins and custom code section. Another thing is the parallax option which would be great to work with multi pictures on the first page.

I am not techy at all but need my website. The chat feature is the reason I chose this software. They are very helpful and timely when I need it at all hours.

It is very difficult to cut and paste a long form article with pictures I write from LinkedIn onto this platform. This should be easier I think.
